Where is the minimum standard for SMS found? ✅ The ISM Code 4. Why is the ISM Code mandatory? ✅ To improve safety. 5. Why do we audit the SMS? ✅ To make sure that the procedures in the SMS are followed. 6. Which tasks need a work permit? ✅ All alternatives apply. (Working at height / Welding in ER / Changing navigation light) 7. "Undesired event resulting in harm/damage" = ? ✅ An accident. 8. "Could have resulted in harm under slightly different circumstances" = ? ✅ A near-accident. 9. "Observed situation where a requirement was not fulfilled" = ? ✅ A non-conformity. 10.
