In Section 5 – Performing Isolations, there appear to be several mistakes that require correction. The graphical representation of the Double Block and Bleed valve is incorrect. In addition to this, there are multiple inaccuracies in the instructions related to isolation procedures and some of the other graphical representations. Furthermore, out of the seven questions in this section, at least three questions—or their answers, or both—seem to be incorrect. I kindly request that this section be reviewed thoroughly by a qualified mechanical professional who has both practical field experience in maintenance and the necessary theoretical qualifications, so that the mistakes can be properly identified and corrected.
