I completed the Mental Health (Maritime) course on Training portal. The content was clear and very relevant for seafarers. It helped me understand stress, fatigue, and coping strategies while at sea. The modules were easy to follow and engaging. Recommended for all maritime personnel.
I think this is a very good course. What impressed me the most was the part where it was mentioned that the crew members were not professional psychological counselors who should help others find professional assistance. But I think this course could have been even better, so I didn't give it a perfect score.
