These courses that you have to take every 2-4 years should for those who have taken them multible times be possible to skip the video part and just do the exam, if you fail the exam a refresher video could then be mandatory.

The exam is meant for you to fail, the questions are tricky and worded in a difficult way that someone from outside UK would find hard to understand.

This module is out dated. The requirement to refresh / retrain on this topic is not match by the company. The information in the module is outdated. It refers to Docmap which DOF have removed from use and paper permits which have not been used for years.
