I think it’s too much information in a short period of time secondly you’re not going over it again which is a poor learning technique. Your permit system is too complicated also as there should be a short bulletpoint/tick box sheet printed with permit on how to do it on what this permit packet should have I.e coshh manual handling. So it’s easy to follow you have guys that have been P.A’s for years doing it wrong so your system is failing. If system worked a new comer onto the system should be able to work it is my view. More complicated it is the more unsafe it is. Greg Gordon

Very easy to navigate and did not keep freezing up on the computer, unlike other courses I have done.
It was pretty basic, like most CBT's. Not as useful as I was hoping for.
