All these 15-30 minute courses are an insult to skilled maritime crew. First of all we get an education at a maritime academy, during the practice year all these kind of procedures and regulations are thought by the crew. We already have all the knowledge what you try to teach with this courses.

Knowledge and Safety combined
Nice course, good explaining, but no info on pilot ladder winches, and various layouts of them. That is a pity, because on all TSHD's these are in use , and have their own design issues. These need to be addressed, so although the course is technically correct, not much use on TSHD's.
