Good Day, There are some questions which i cannot answer from my house when im doing test, for example you gave me 3 positions and you want from me to tell you exact distance between these positions, also i had question like to find altitude and bearing from star Cassiopiea 4 on 3rd October 2018 at 18:00UTC how do you expect from me to answer on this kind of question, for me this was the hardest test i ever done, there was more difficult questions which we cant answer from home, please improve this tests to be a little bit easier, Thank you for cooperation
I recently completed the Wartsila SAM CHARTPILOT ECDIS course and successfully passed the exam. The training was very well structured, clear, and practical. All topics were explained in detail, and the course covered everything necessary for real work onboard. The online platform was easy to use, and the exam was straightforward and fair. Overall, a very professional course — highly recommended for all deck officers.

During exam arose errors and closed practice module.Also due to this problems,I lost two attempts and asked support staff from yr Company reset attempts to zero,but this is not done.
I don't know if it's just my laptop, but the simulator is sometimes not responding well. It even stop in the middle of my simulation but the rest is okay.
The course is little bit complicated but very useful before joining the vessel
It is still better to have a real course with workshops and practical tasks instead online.

While using the ECDIS sometimes screen got hanged and response was very slow. Sometimes i also got dialogue box showing error. Picture is attached with this....
