Fast delivery, everything is working fine

I purchased the boxing boots I had been waiting for from here when no one else was showing stock yet and still aren't 3 weeks on and at nearly £40 cheaper which is just super, the delivery was quick too, overall a great customer experience

Ordered 2no Lacoste T Shirts for around £58 haven’t received, they don’t answer emails, dodge this company like the plague!

I have bought from Traininn on several occasions. They are an excellent company. The main reasons for initially choosing them were the product price and range of products. They are usually cheaper than other retailers and always seem to have the item wanted.
I also find the delivery to be fast and reliable- so what's not to like? I would definitely recommend taking a look before buying elsewhere.

Terrible. Tried to cancel an order because the size they recommended me to get was going to be huge and when I checked my old pair they were off by 2 sizes. Even though it wasnt even dispatched I tried to cancel and was told I couldn't. Then told they don't actually have a shipping address so could I please give them it. I replied no because I don't want it. They were adamant they need to send it for me to then return it.
Proud of their 'sustainable delivery' as quoted on their website. Yeah right.
Still awaiting an answer as to what they are going to do with my money since they are unable to send their product. Order 52374072

I placed an order and have yet to receive it. Estimated date of arrival is long passed.No communication and cannot log into the account.

I got the leggings I wanted that I couldn't get from Adidas any longer. The product itself is good. The reason for the 1 star review is that I had to pay for delivery and then found out I have to pay twice as much to send back the size that didn't fit. Economically it makes no sense so I won't order again.

I would stay away from their websites, whether it is tradeinn, trekkinn, or any sort of "inn" ending website they own.

The problem is they do not state whether an item is actually on stock, and they appear to have everything available. They do not. This is bad practice. This is how they get you:

You order something, and they give you a reasonable estimated delivery time on the items, but since they do not have the items on stock, when you get close to the estimated delivery date, they push it another week, and then a week goes by and they push the date another week and so on. So you can end up waiting months.

If you want to check an order you made and did not want to create an account originally by ordering as a guest, well guess what, now you are forced to make an account to get any update because you receive nothing via mail or anything.

Horrible scam, terrible service, crap website. Find another website that can actually provide.

Nice product, quick delivery, good service

Very big product range and very good prices. There are even product available that are out of stock in my home country (Netherlands). Also shipping time is not that long, about 4-5 days, which is very acceptable for the distance and sharp prices.

The description of the item (top) was supportive but there was none support at all. Contacting the company twice and they thought it was all in order with a false description and denied the return cost. If a product is described false the company doubtless should pay the return cost. Never again with this company after a treatment like that.

Despite the bad reviews, I don't have any complains. All well!

I was a bit skeptical at first because of the relatively high amount of poor reviews but my package was delivered very quickly (eu) and with 0 complications. Box and product were completely intact etc. Actually really happy with their service and will come back in the future.

Horrendous Business, Really not sure if this is some sort of scam.

I ordered a number of Under Armour items on the 17th July. Something Under Armour would delivery within a few days. After several delays messages I was told Royal Mail had it and couldn't delivery because they didn't put the number of the house on which is on the account. I have been told on the 15th August that it is being returned and the order cancelled. Not sure who Training are but it seems like an overseas business as communication is poor and service is non existent.

I ordered a pair of size uk 8 puma trainers. They arrived but were clearly not a size 8 even though that’s what the label stated. I sent them pictures of 2 pairs of the exact same puma trainers I already own in a size 8 to show the noticeable difference and they responded rejecting my reason for return, stating I’d have to pay return postage back to Spain. These are obviously a bad replica made in china. Bad experience all round

I ordered from this site despite the bad reviews online.
but the experience was not smooth.
I asked for the order to be delivered in a locker, but when I recieved the confirmation e-mail informing me that the order had arrived I had no code to open it. I had to call 3 times to the transportation company so they could help me, and infomed me that the order had not arrived yet. after two days i recieved another e-mail informing me (again) the order had arrived. i tried to contact you but your AI assistent is absolutely useless. i got the product in the end and i'm happy with it, but I don't feel enough confidence to buy again.

Long delivery time otherwise

Potentially the worst ordering experience I've ever had. I live in a block of flats, this address line was missed out on the delivery address so the package could not be delivered. I reached out to customer services informing them of the issue and provided my full address, after I got a delivery delay notification via app. I received a generic email stating my delivery was on it's way and should be with me soon... I then informed that there has been a delay due to missing address and if I could amend it. I received another generic email saying that the order will be returned and I will be refunded. I stated I did not want to be refunded and just wanted to amend the delivery to which I received my first non-autogenerated email stating this was not possible, which I appreciated at least.

The following day I received a notification saying that my order had been successfully delivered and was with me. The confirmation showed the package on a generic black background (which looked like the seat of a car). I emailed customer support immediately to clarify and stress I do not have the package and to please confirm what was happening. Unfortunately I received another generic reply that my refund will be processed once the package is received by the returns department. Even this review is being written as my package has been marked as delivered and the trustpilot link has been sent to me....

I am currently unsure what has happened to my order and the customer support seem to only respond in generic emails that don't answer the question of the query. Now I am £140 down with no idea of my situation and if I am getting a refund or if my package has been marked delivered when it was clearly in someones car in the confirmation picture. Will NEVER recommend
