Medical situation & unable to travel

Having had a medical situation & not able to travel on the date I booked split tickets. Morgan went above and beyond her customer service to be empathetic, kind & informative. Helping & guiding myself to get a full refund with the correct evidence provided. She made me feel seen and heard. Something that's hard to experience with the fast paced world we live in. Couldn't be more grateful to a speedy response from Morgan at train tickets.com.

Well this company is truly amazing.

Well this company is truly amazing.
I'm going to tell all my family and friends to use them.
I made a big mistake in booking my return for the wrong day, sent email to company who responded very quickly, and explained what I should do, my ticket was refunded and another booked for right day. Alex the person I was emailing was so patient with me as I repeated my mistake twice. Thank you so much Alex.

The response from national rail was…

The response from national rail was excellent. My agent was William. I received a reply within hours. He was sympathetic to my concerns and resolved the problem. He was kind, gave clear instructions and I felt listened to. Raising any concern can be a challenge because one never knows how it will be received. I felt this response was a very good example of well trained and applied customer service. 10 out of 10 and thank you.

I want to start by saying a big thanks…

I want to start by saying a big thanks to Williams, please someone give this gentleman a commendation for his work and efforts. Due to unseen circumstances I had to reschedule my tickets and I was so confused on how to claim the refund or is it possible to claim it. Williams helped me out in explaining the options that are available and even though it was Friday the guy processed my refund for the tickets.

I am very happy by the quality service and understanding that train tickets.com showed, I have been frequently using the services of train tickets.com from prices to the customer service they have done a good job.

The response timings even on the weekend was fast and reliable. Once again thank you Williams and Thank you train tickets.com, you got your self a permanent customer.

Faultless customer service experience

Faultless, superbly quick customer service. I booked a return trip to Durham from Peterborough and opted for the e-tickets. Stupidly I made an error with my email address so couldn’t retrieve the tickets.
I contacted customer services by email and within 10 mins William replied and asked me to confirm the correct address so that he could resend. I gave the reference number and within minutes I received the email.
Very, very happy with the service and the speed of reply so thank you very much and special thanks to William.

Family split into multiple coaches on one trip

Booked a train ticket from Manchester piccadilly as a group for my family 2 adults and 2 kids and they split my tickets into 4 separate tickets and each of those tickets had separate coaches for each portion of the trip. I had specifically requested a direct train. A direct train does not mean we should all be given multiple coaches, multiple seats within one trip. Worst experience of any train journey so far.

Forcing parent and child to sit apart

Spoke to them before about this got absolutely no answer. you press contact them and it goes straight to the ticket booking .
I'm travelling with my little daughter and again they given us separate seats sick and tired of this were in the same carriage this time still no good she's nervous I'm going to have to find somewhere so we can sit together.
Last time they put us 3 carriges apart it quite sodding clearly says adult and child last time I use these and good prices as well halfwits

Great website

Booking was so easy and smooth, needed to change dates of my booking and it’s explained on the website exactly how it’s done in very clear manner and it went exactly as explained. Prices are some of the best among other websites and communication is fast and clear. Thank you

They issued a non valid ticket and I was fined for it! I bought a specific train and was issued an off peak ticket on a non off peak time.

Unable to reach support, please advise

Please can I have an email to contact someone at Train Tickets as I have not recieved my tickets bought today and travelling 21/6/24. I emailed twice today, however bounces back Undeliverable, is there a telephone number or alternative email please, many thanks for your help.

Good site, shame about the user interface

I come back to this site again and again because the tickets are the cheapest. However the website is awful IMHO. It would be so nice to be able to save a profile and log in (as I always have to choose the same railcard etc.) and also to be able to amend the search without starting all over again. The site would have got five stars from me if these issues were sorted. Just gets tedious when, for example, you want to get in a little later and rather being able to scroll to the next set of trains, you have to go back and re-search. Just poor UI design.

Best site for cheap train tickets

I was trying to find the cheapest train tickets online was going for Trainline, then I found this website which was way cheaper. It sounded to good to be true but yeah I got the ticket straight after the payment and the percentage they take isn't big as Trainline and other service. Plus they have a good and well designed website and user interface. The tickets are usually sent through email though

I wish to cancel my last report as it is resolved - NOT scammed!!

Here is my revision after Morgan emailed me and resolved the problem which was partly miscommunication and partly me panicking, thinking I had been scammed.
‘ Hi Morgan. Thank you so much for your service. I take back all I have said and apologise unreservedly. It's sad times that we are living in that scammers have made it impossible for us to trust anyone now. I will try to take off my damning comments off Trustpilot. I will also put on a recommendation about your good communication and willing service. I will continue to do service with you. You have been very patient. Thank you very much for keeping your cool with me’.

It looks like I have been scammed by trainticket.com

It looks like I have been scammed by traintickets.com.
I bought my tickets last night and still no confirmation email. I cannot sign in now and the so-called ticket is not recognised by my iPhone scanner. My money was taken immediately. I am going to report them and contact my fraud department at the bank now.
