Another typical scam masquerading as a genuine partner of the courier company ! ! ! What ever you do when you are in a rush make sure you DO NOT use trakplex it’s a scam ! ! !

I want to give them -10 as 1 star is really generous for this shipping company. My package has been sitting in their warehouse for over 1 month, customer service is totally useless. I WANT MY PACKAGE. Stop giving me empty promises like "we're looking into it".... I don't believe your lies.

I shopped on eBay and the supplier gave me a tracking number for Trakpak but when I searched for my delivery the number was not recognized. I waited for nearly a week but it was not delivered. I contacted the eBay supplier who told me it had been delivered a day after I ordered it on Ebay which I find incredulous especially as it was on the jubilee bank holiday! After looking at all these bad reviews I can say that I would never knowingly use these delivery people again.

Awful company leave packages sitting in warehouse for days or weeks without moving customer service completely unhelpful also

This company is sleeping. Wake UP! Im ordering from UK every week and everything works fine but you say that there is an embargo to my country, if there is an embargo how is possible that Im getting all packages from the other companies like Royal Mail? I will never buy from sellers who use trakpak in the future. Refund is easy with paypal but you are a waste of time.

I placed an order on Dec. 30th and I it is just sitting in Basildon with no updates what so ever , now I am hearing that my package is “lost” after paying a good amount of money to order my items.

I made my order on 4/1,Trakpak got it on 6/1 and after 31 days(5/2) I successfully got my package.I would say it was quite okay,considering the fact that the delays due to coronavirus are unpredictable and excessive.Reading all these reviews and seeing that my package hasn't moved for 20 days from their process centre, I got a little frustrated but at the end everything went okay.My package started moving and I started getting updates on time about its route.
It was the first time I got a package delivered by Trakpak and I am finally quite satisfied with their services.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM PAY A LITTLE MORE AND USE FEDEX OR DHL. I USED THEM BECAUSE THEY SAID 4 TO 14 DAYS TO GET TO ESTONIA TOOK 6 WEEKS AND THE LIES THEY TELL ABOUT embargo. TOTAL LIE AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY HAD TO GO BACK TO MY CARD COMPANY AND ASK FOR A CHARGE BACK BECAUSE THEY DID NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR THAT IS A LEGAL CONTRACT ONCE YOU PAY THEM....ONCE AGAIN DO NOT USE THEM......THEY SUCK....

Package has been stuck in Basildon for ages. No updates. Awful

Even one star is too much for this company. No tracking, bad customer service, lost and delayed orders. Ever since Asos worked with this courier, i felt discouraged to order. And no, its not only because of the pandemic, i had the same experience with this company even before the pandemic. I really suggest retailers to switch to reliable couriers to avoid losing customers.

My package was supposed to be delivered between 4-14 days, well now it is stuck for three weeks at departure hub, no updates whatsoever. Awful, will never use again.

It’s been almost 2 months and my package hasn’t been delivered and the tracking is not updating. Can someone please help me?

There is a reason why Trakpak are cheap. Regardless of what your retailer has told you about express delivery etc., your order will sit in the Process Centre, Basildon until they have enough deliveries to justify ongoing movement. My advice is to pay more and get a reliable courier.

My parcel has been stuck since Dec. 4th in the process center and there is no update since then. I contacted trakpak and they told me to contact my seller. My seller contacted trakpak and apparently trakpak currently is unable to find the parcel.

Ordered an item from ‘lookfantastic’ who dispatched, quickly, on 5th December. It’s been stuck at the centre in Basildon ever since. It’s now December 23rd. I don’t believe it’s even left the UK let alone reached the UAE. Christmas spoiled. Thanks...

Says dispatched 14th Dec and royal mail saying waiting for delivery. This is a phone for a xmas present when will it arrive gonna have a upset daughter GER6960GB72335813101

The worst delivery service EVER! Awful! NO tracking, NO information, NONE update, I have sent many messages and they sometimes answer telling the obvious: Is in Transit!!@??$@! Don't buy from seller that cooperate with this company!!

Worst courier I have every dealt with, none existent customer service. Paying £48 for 6 day delivery vs 20 plus is not acceptable. For those who don’t understand the poor score, this is the reason why. Sort something else yourself TracPak are dire.

What should have been 4-6 days delivery, turned to 25 days process. Tracking is non-existent, packages take forever, they take insane routes (London - New York - Miami - Atlanta, in my case), etc.

Save yourself the trouble and use a respectable courier service.

I have actually counted, it is faster to go from the destination to a delivery location on foot than to use this awfull company.
COO0470NL54079500101, arrived to a sorting center on the 29th of NOVEMBER. Today we have the 19th of DECEMBER and it is still on route. I understand that it is pandemic and Xmas time, but other companies like DPD and DHL still make it in 3-4 days. So, If you travel from Venlo (Trakpak process centre) to Vilnius (delivery location) on foot, it will take you 13 days. Now we have 20 days passed, 3 times more than a promised delivery time. You can make your own oppinion about this company.
