Great rates, great service and simple to use. Can't recommend them highly enough.

This isn't my first forex transaction, but I used Tramonex because the rate was so much better than other companies and it seemed simple. I was concerned, it was an extremely large transaction for me, but they took care to explain how it works and what would happen and it all went exactly as they said it would.

Quick and secure way to send money

Tramonex offered by far the best exchange rate that I could find. After checking them out thoroughly, I opened an account. They were very helpful, and even offered to talk me through the transaction on the phone. Fortunately the software was very easy to follow, and it provided an update on the progress of the transaction. The transfer went through during the night Australia time, and was in the account first thing in the morning. No fuss. It just worked. I have used Tramonex services three times now, and will use them in future when the exchange rate is more favourable.

website is not the most user-friendly (and actually, slightly boring) and you need to go through quite a few questionnaires before being able to trade.
setting up a direct debit would massively help as i am always scared my transfert to Tramonex (actually, the 'currency could'??) may not come in time

a copy of the swift transfert or a confirmation that the funds have reached the end recipient would be nice

Once you know where to click, etc, efficiency is very high: conversion rates are good (spot + 0.50%) , confirmation emails are very good and the customer support is incredibly kind and quick.
