Lovely energy from the brothers. Draws are done live and it’s obvious that integrity and honesty are important to Tramway Path.

Now and then, I buy a ticket in the hope of one day being able to own a home of my own. Like many others, I've always dreamed of having a place to call my own, decorating it, and making it a home. However, in places like London, it's incredibly challenging to even think about getting on the property ladder unless you're extremely lucky. I truly appreciate this company because I believe they understand the struggles we face in trying to become homeowners. If their efforts can help some of us achieve our dream of property ownership, then I wholeheartedly support it.

I really enjoy the charisma and vision of the brothers, they have created real change and they have London behind them. The reason I rate this experience four stars and not five is there seems to be lots of rigidity and red tape around the winnings. For example property must be 500k or under the value of 500k you cannot put this amount towards a forever home property if you wanted to. In addition, it’s not clear whether or not they cover stamp duty, solicitor fees, ground rent etc. and other fees outside of this (is this included within the 500k amount or covered outside of it?). Furthermore, if a property is secured for say 465k I don’t see why the winner can’t take the remaining amount of money to help with furniture or renovation costs or hey life! It’s seems like whatever the price of the property is even if you come under the asking price then that’s it done. I noticed, they are doing an early bird 2k winning but it is to be spent shopping on appliances or furniture. I don’t find that attractive I find it presents as quite restrictive. I hope as time goes on that the brothers open up different possibilities and create greater flexibility so that the winner has greater autonomy and more life changing choices available to them.

You guys are amazing in doing this you are giving everyone a chance to get on the property ladder and now even more competitions.

The live draws are not live. I wouldn’t have spent my hard earned money if i knew it wasn’t live. DONT BUY ANYTHING

I think these group of local guys are doing a good deed in giving back to help people with getting on property ladder, i can tell they do it to see the reaction of winners, usually from backgrounds that are more diverse than some competitions because the prizes are not all at luxury level but at more of an every day home level, so that people who havent had a home or cant afford a home have a better chance of having one (so it could potentially attract more people that need one).

I like the fact that they enable you to select the home anywhere in UK, which enables you to buy an existing home (existing build) if you make that choice, which I would (more environmental), anywhere in the UK (i.e. where you currently reside if you want). And that the entry is reasonable. It is also a reasonable home budget which hopefully you can add to if you wish (as home is selected within 60ds and people may have some deposit saved).
It would be ace to add the odd community charity event/%/homeless kitchen - but yeah, I think the guys enjoy helping people out, its the impression I get - they enjoy the rush of someone who cannot get a home, getting one. Easy to use, transparent, fairly cheap to enter, random draws. And nice to see happy winners!

I paid good money to be entered into both the house and deposit draws. The first time I tried to log on it said I had the wrong password which is nonsense. After many many emails to them to try and get it sorted to no avail I have given up. The site won't let me log on to my account, won't let me change my password and won't let me set up a new account. Judging by their replies it seemed like they actually haven't read my emails. In this respect, as a new customer I find them to be completely unprofessional, leaving a customer without access to their own account.

So far great experience and I’m looking forward to win a house!

I think this is a wonderful opportunity for people like me that struggle to get on the property ladder and haven’t secured the home of their dreams.

Hi my name is claire it's been hard on our family especially to my 3 beautiful daughters.i nearly lost my life 5 years ago still fighting I had a abcess and went into septic shock.i was in a coma for 2 months.i had 5 surgery's and 105 stitches.im in my hospital bed alot because my mobility been issue.i joined this competition because it would be nice for something bk.im grateful for giving us this opportunity thank u ❤️ 😊 xxxxx

I like the idea of winning a home at such a low price, and I know it won't be me but its nice to imagine, I do feel that their should be a limit on how many tickets people can buy but I think its a great prospect

I have been taking part in their house giveaways since the beginning and I do think the new monthly prizes are a great addition.

Overall great experience with using their website. I must point out that the entry codes consist of 12-13 characters where it has a mixture of numbers AND letters as compared to another home competition consist of 13 characters of only numbers. You have a better chance of winning with more entries. I have paid for my tickets and can only hope for the massive win. Pray hard and manifest. Wishing you all the best of luck.

This is all very new to me, I have never entered in competitions before as I never thought of myself as a winner. Now I feel more optimistic about life and consider all achievements as a win. It is a selfless thing you have all put together in such a difficult time with the current housing crisis. This would be a blessing to any winner.
