Serious Concerns Over Payment Practices and Contract Reliability
I’m writing this as a warning based on my direct experience with Transact365, also operating under the name T365 and other similar entities.
I worked with the team for years and initially had a strong professional relationship with them. However, as the business grew, things changed significantly.
Over six months ago, a large contractual invoice became due for technology and operational services that were fully delivered. Funds were received on their side, but what was owed has still not been paid onward as agreed.
What’s most concerning is the pattern of shifting responsibility between different company entities once significant payments are involved, claiming the funds sit elsewhere and are “out of their control.”
Attempts to resolve the issue have gone nowhere, communication is consistently ignored, with emails and follow-ups simply unanswered.
Given my experience, I strongly recommend that prospective clients and partners exercise extreme caution when dealing with Transact365 / T365. Payment reliability and accountability have been seriously lacking.
Should they come to the table and cooperate rather than ignore me and the issues, I will update this review accordingly
