While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I signed up months ago

I signed up months ago. Told start up date would be in November. Here it is December and still NOTHING. They didn't waste any time deducting the $25 from my bank though. Lucky I only lost $25. Don't waste your money or your time on this company.

Transact will nickel and dime you.

Transact by 711 is a reloadable debit card that you can purchase from their 711 store. You buy the card for $2. Then you can add money to the card.
To reload the card, it's $5. You can also call the hotline and order a card with your name on it.
However, every time you use the card, Transact will charge you up to $5 in fees.
By the time you're done shopping or buying something, all of your money is gone.
Swiped it to buy gas? $4 fee charge. Swiped it to buy a candy bar? $1 fee charge. Paid a bill? $3 fee charge. They will nickel and dime you all the way to the bank.
