Transcend healthcare supported our mum…

Transcend healthcare supported our mum to remain living in her own home as she chose happily and safely. The live in carer worked well as a key part of the wider team and helped very much in contacting the GP and helping with OT referrals. The live in carer supported food shopping and going out. On Christmas day she worked and even made sure mum could be with the family, and brought her to my house. The care is personalised and carer very helpful. I recommend this care provider.
