Brilliant course

Susan has really helped me through quite a tricky time with my asthma. The six week course has equipped me with knowledge and understanding about how the way I breath effects my whole body as well as strategies to improve my respiratory function. The exercises that we have learnt on the course has helped me during times when I would normally have reached for my inhaler as well as having an effect on my peak flow reading.
Definitely money well spent.

Excellent

Susan prepared an in-depth introduction to all aspects of breath work and its benefits. She delivered the course in a calm and professional manner. Each session included clear explanations and plenty of time for practice. Each h session ended with a deep relaxation.

I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend a 6-week breathing course with transcend personal fitness, and I must say it has been a life-changing experience. The course not only provided me with a wealth of knowledge but also equipped me with practical techniques that have significantly improved my sleep, heart rate, and overall mental health.

From the very first session, I was captivated by the depth of information presented, ensuring that the theoretical aspects were delivered in a clear and engaging manner.

What truly set this breathing course apart was the perfect balance between theory and practical guidance. Each session incorporated hands-on exercises and mindfulness practices, allowing us to immediately apply what we were learning . Susan skillfully guided us through various breathing techniques, teaching us how to harness the power of our breath to calm our minds, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.

The positive effects of the breathing exercises on my sleep were almost immediate. Prior to the course, I struggled with restless nights and frequent awakenings. However, by implementing the techniques taught in the course, I noticed a remarkable improvement in the quality of my sleep. The breathing exercises helped me unwind before bed, promoting a sense of tranquility and allowing me to fall asleep faster. Additionally, I found myself waking up more refreshed and energized, ready to take on the day.
