The OLAT training was very professional and informative. Limited to only 4 other attendees which helped massively with being able to ask questions etc. Gareth was incredibly knowledgeable and a credit to the transcom team!

I attended the OLAT (Operators License…
I attended the OLAT (Operators License Awareness Training) course on line last week. This was my first introduction to the subject and I looked forward to it like I viewed my speed awareness course. I have to say Gareth made it interesting and dare I say enjoyable and the day flew by. I'd recommend the without reservation and they have become our 'go to' for anything else we might need going forward.

Another well-informed module and great service
Another well-informed 'myth busting' module. These guys do their homework and so you can be assured you're getting accurate up-to-date quality training. The Transcom website alone is a great resource with links to all kinds documents, articles, learning aids and advice on almost every aspect of commercial transport.

Honestly, this was the best training experience I have had with regards to transport management. Gareths approach to making complex topics easily understandable whilst also making the training fun and engaging is something that I have not experienced as of yet in the industry. At the price point and quality of service that has been provided Transcom national training is a no brainer for anyone looking for CPC refresher training. The tutor was informal
The tutor was informal, knowledgable, and able to answer any questions. The coarse itself was drawn out and the law sucks but you cant shoot the messenger it has to be a 7 hour coarse by law.

Great First Aid course.
What a great example of professional training and customer service today's course has proven to be. I was surprised when I joined the zoom meeting this morning to find I was the only attendee on the course. Gareth explained that due to some administrative error the advertisments for the course hadn't been posted, hence no uptake except for myself.
Now, most training providers would simply have cancelled, offered a refund or re-booked at a later date. Gareth and Transcom however decided to honour the booking, take the loss and provide the service to save inconveniencing me. That kind of customer service is sadly very much lacking in this day and age.
Gareth, an amiable chap, very experienced driver, transport manager, safety and first aid advisor, delivered the course professionally, knowledgeably and the seven hours simply flew by. The course content covered just about everything you would need to know to confidently offer and give first aid in both everyday and emergency situations. It's always a good idea to include a first aid course into your DCPC training, even if it's just to refresh and sharpen your knowledge from past courses and keep you up to date with changing advice, guidelines and legislation.
Gareth, thanks once again for keeping the course open today, very much appreciated, and thanks for the chat and for listening to my rambling anecdotes. You know how it is when two drivers get talking!
I'll definately be using Transcom in future and will recommend to friends and associates to do the same.

I attended this course on line which was great - no driving to a venue ! The trainer, Gareth, was very knowledgeable about the subject - accident prevention - and made the whole course interesting and engaging.
