From the moment that I installed Transcy the support team, in this case Nancy contacted me and helped me with my first steps. I was having trouble syncing the settings between Shopify and Transcy but the support team was very fast and they replied and contacted me right away. It was very helpful and they were very nice and patient with me. It has been a very good experience for me so far.

I installed this app on my shopify store and so far it looks amazing! I initially had issues with integrating it with my theme but John was really useful in helping me get this done. The app now looks native to the theme! Amazing! I love that you can switch currency and store languages instantly depending on where the store is accessed! Big up guys, great app this one!

Shen was amazing. I've always sought for ways to include Arabic language to my store and Shen helped, it was hassle free and cordial. Now my shop looks better all thanks to Shen

I did not succeed to make sure the translation and switcher button work myself, but a very helpful staff did great support and solved all the problems I had. I recommend this app.

Amazing team that is super helpful and dedicated.
We had many issues to fix to be honest, but they did it and at the end it works fine. For the price, I think it's the best translation app you can get. Even more if your store is simple. If you have many products and filters, you might encounter some problems, but the team is super helpful.
