Swift Taxis Limerick deserve a special mention. They were the unsung heroes during the pandemic especially for those of us who, for whatever reason, cannot drive or have their own private transport. The drivers are professional and courteous and the dispatch personnel very efficient. The app is excellent and easy to use. A great asset to Limerick city for visitors and residents. UPDATE......After a hellish week in UHL, I was discharged and a wonderful driver called Martin collected me within minutes and drove me home. He refused to take payment, a wonderful gesture and I agreed to pay it forward as I have done before even this week buying cigarettes and coffee for a few people who couldn't buy for themselves. I once couldn't either so I know how they feel, helpless! As I said in 2022, these drivers really are the unsung heros, and now in 2026 they deserve our support especially our indigenous Limerick folk. Long may this wonderful service keep on, keeping on.....
