I've honestly had nothing but good experiences with them. Sending from Denmark is easy because they've integrated so well with mitID (Danish 2FA and KYC solution). I have been using them to send money to Somalia/Somaliland as well as Yemen and everything works smoothly, I can't vouch for all destinations. I use the website, not the app.

This is by far the most incompetent team I have ever dealt with. An absolute total waste of time and energy. Zero support and customer service.So, stressful to deal with everyone that I have spoken to since 17th February. And the worst part is that I’ve to deal with this post-night shifts.
And the worst part, unwillingness to allow this to be escalated to the manager.
Horrible customer car and poor quality company.
Why would my account be suspended without being informed just to get information and not process it for weeks and weeks.
Explained that this is urgent and needs to be sorted out, and they were unbothered and rude.
If you’ve created a an app to be used solely for the sending and receiving money why would you restrict it. I don’t understand.
I have been on the phone with your team and wasted almost a whole day of my life to sort this out.
You can’t expect me to sit and just wait without any explanation.

While the service itself works okay, the customer support experience was beyond terrible. I had to call more than eight times just to get through to someone. After selecting the correct option for help, the line repeatedly disconnected. When I finally tried another option and waited for 10 minutes, I was greeted by the rudest representative I’ve ever encountered.
The woman who answered was completely unprofessional—speaking too fast, too loud, and refusing to listen to my concerns. I made a transfer of $2,500, but she kept confusing it with $250. Despite my efforts to clarify, she continued to dismiss me and insisted that I was stressing her out. When I calmly asked her to slow down and hear my questions, she became defensive, saying, “This is how we do things. If you don’t like it, don’t use our services.”
I wasn’t asking for a refund or making unreasonable demands—just clarification about the exchange rates, which were significantly different from the ECB rates, and why I was charged so much. Instead of addressing my questions, she rudely interrupted me and said, “These are our rates, deal with it,” as if my concerns didn’t matter. Her inability to differentiate between basic amounts ($250 vs. $2,500) was the last straw.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable for a company handling financial transactions. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend avoiding TransferGalaxy. There are far better platforms with superior customer service, even if they cost a bit more. Spare yourself the headache and frustration.

What a joke: First requires access to your bank account, quizzes you about the relationship to the recipient and the intended use of the money. Then shows a technical error for hours after it says your account was approved. And then when it finally works, you can't use ING for direct transfer and both VISA and Mastercard decline the transaction. Thank you for wasting my time!
Edit: Do you seriously believe that anyone would bother trying to get your service to work instead of using something else? Hint: You're not the only platform that offers money transfers. But you're probably the only ones in the world that believe a response to a review AFTER HALF A YEAR would make a customer change their mind.
I can only repeat myself: What a joke!

I do not recommend Transfer Galaxy at all. My experience with this transfer agency has been very bad. They took my money, but my recipient did not receive anything. Every time I contacted their customer service, I got no real response—only empty apologies and no solutions.
They keep saying “sorry” but never actually fix the problem. I felt ignored and frustrated because nobody helped me or explained what was happening with my transfer. I wasted a lot of time and energy trying to get answers.
Overall, Transfer Galaxy is the worst transfer agency I have ever used. I would give them 0out of 5 stars. Save yourself the trouble and use another service.

I used Transfer Galaxy to send money to my family, and I am disappointed the service. After sending the money, next day they ask me , including the ID of the receiver and my bank details.
Due to this negative experience, I will no longer be using their service and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH:
Punch of unprofessional people who don’t listen, don’t consider, don’t look at any details and presumptuous .
They asked me to pay for a transaction I cancelled after 3 years and claimed that they payed the money to the recipient . After I checked everything I found out they have sent me an email of payment confirmation same time with a different transfer I made 4 months after the day they been claiming they payed the money to the recipient . I asked them to send me the confirmation e-mail, which the system sends automatically when the money arrives at its destination . They refused to do so, and instead sent me a screenshot of a ticked box on their system . Worst again, they sent me an invoice in € with same amount as £ . This situation is still ongoing as they don’t want to listen or to look at proofs I am presenting to them, and correct their wrong doings . All this time my account with them is suspended more than a year now . I regret that I recommended this company to many people before this issue arris’s .

My money transfer was rejected, and I have already been waiting 3 days for the refund but nothing. I have sent emails to them but there was only BOT replied.
Update: Money was refunded today to my bank account. I messaged them on Facebook and they very quickly replied and were very helpful.
