I will definitely use this company again. Service was excellent from initial booking to arrival home. The on-line booking form was easy to navigate (but for people of my vintage it was good that telephone booking is also possible). I particularly appreciated getting confirmation of my booking with the driver's name and mobile number plus vehicle registration number the evening before. On the day there was further confirmation that he was on his way. My driver, Kiril, was professional, punctual, courteous and very helpful. His car was spotless and he even provided bottled water. I did two journeys with him and felt very safe even though the driving conditions on the return trip were horrendous.

Cambridge cab firm that provides child seats and reliability
I used this company a few years ago and found them to be responsive, professional, and friendly. They provided a child seat for an airport drop-off/pick-up which was very helpful as we then didn't have to worry about taking our own. Last year they didn't have child seats available and the cab firm we used instead forgot to bring the seat to the airport which was so stressful after a long flight. I'm so glad they're providing child seats again and our airport pick-up last week was prompt and perfect. I would recommend them to anyone in Cambridge with young children in need of child seats and a reliable service.

Very happy to discover Transfers 4u Cambridge. Very impressed with service all round and the two drivers we had were both excellent. Very courteous, helpful and in contact letting us know when arriving. Nothing too much trouble and extremely comfortable vehicles. The child seats we booked were also a very high standard. Dimitar even offered a fruit juice to our 4 year old grandson. We highly recommend Transfer 4 U and will undoubtedly become regular customers. Thank you very much.

What a great service! The driver communicated by text once our flight had landed and came to the pick up area when notified that we were leaving the airport. He provided us with bottles of water (really thoughtful as we were dehydrated from the flight) and drove us safely to our destination, providing some interesting information about Cambridge.

I reserved the transfer a month before my trip. The car was on time, which was greatly appreciated. It was immaculately clean. Water bottles were available. I didn't pay attention to how I got to the airport because my driver was so pleasant. There were no problems along the way, and I was pleased with the service. Other companies charge significantly more for the same level of service.
