These classes taught me not to worry about my old way of praying but to adopt the new learnings. My heart, body and mind have been energized in a way that no holiday has ever achieved. It is my view that Iqbal Nasim is a teacher who does not like any credit, but his mission to help us achieve a more powerful interaction with God must be acknowledged as it is God’s work in action.

Beautiful course. It has started to make a meaningful difference in the quality of my salah which has resulted in greater motivation to pray on time.
This course is more than just learning the meaning of words of salah but it is about learning to connect your heart to Allah in salah and inshAllah experience tranquility, khashoo and stillness in time.
I already knew the word to word meanings but still couldn’t connect with it or stay present and felt frustrated like I am standing in front of a steep mountain with no hope to ever scale it.
Brother Iqbal really goes down into why we are saying these words, what it really means to stand in front of Allah and say them and links them to the emotions they are meant to evoke in us.
Now I feel like I have tools to carve the steps in this steep mountain and slowly get closer and closer to finding comfort in salah.

Before I began this course, my concentration whilst praying was non existent. The quality of my prayer was really poor, I was never sure how many rakats I had prayed, because my mind was everywhere but not in my salat. My friend recommended this course to me and I must say that having completed it my salat has improved so much. My prayers / Salah has truly transformed after taking on board the lessons coming out of this course. This course has given me the understanding that Salah is a dynamic conversation with my Lord- Allah (swt) and not a mechanical act / tick box exercise. Key things that I got out of the course was to plan my day around the Salah times , attend the Salah place at least a couple of minutes before start of Salah to clear our minds / prepare the mind set for Salah ( known as the Golden minute) . Brother IQBAL’s presentation slides were excellent, to the point and referenced to the Quran supported by chapter / verse. My 9 year old daughter also found the course really exciting, so the course can benefit children.

It has been a fantastic journey. The sessions were well delivered and beneficent. I will surely attend future courses and I will highly recommend it to others.

I have just completed the winter edition of Transform My Prayer. I can honestly tell you this has been a really informative and enlightening programme. I am super pleased I took the time to join the sessions live and listen to Bro. Iqbal take us through the Salat and the meaning of what we are doing and why. How to connect with our Lord and the journey that we are on. Alhamdulillah, I’m experiencing true tranquility in and out of prayers

The experience has helped me once again to connect with prayer and prioritise it the way it was intended by Allah swt and taught by Prophet Muhammad pbuh to achieve the focus and alignment required as believers on our journey in this world both inside and outside of the prayer. When quite young I had read an article which asked 'Why do we pray?' and ended with 'Let your life revolve around prayer'. This course embodies this for me in a practical way.

It is one thing to be born into a Muslim household but quite another to become a Muslim with mind, body, heart and soul. The TMP course has been an absolute ‘Eureka’ moment for me and I am truly and deeply grateful to you, brother Iqbal for your incredibly inspiring energy, unwavering and infectious passion and ultimate care in helping people (and me) to better understand and sincerely appreciate the beloved salah. Praise to Almighty Allah who, through you, has helped and guided me to more personal, meaningful, intentional and deeply valued and mindful prayers. This is by far, the most comprehensive teaching of salah I have had, it’s application has positively changed my cognitive engagement resulting in significantly improving my prayers(and my connection with Allah swt) every day. You have answered so many long standing questions, in such a simple and logical way, incorporating Prophetic (Hadith) and Quranic sections for completeness.
