The Service was excellent and efficient. I needed certification of the translation but the additional 15 euro fee was not transparent and, I think, excessive as it only consisted of an additional 1 page form certification.

They were not able to deliver anything…
They were not able to deliver anything because they did not have the necessary translator. Beforehand I even called to make sure that it will work and it was confirmed on the phone. With a very quick timeline, which was the main reason I decided for this service. Turns out they do not have any translators in-house, but just outsource it to someone. So they had to go find someone to translate the documents. But they could not. 3 days after the delivery deadline, which they stated themselves, they let me know that they did not find anybody and there is nothing they can do. Just asked if it is okay to cancel the translation request. What a waste of time. Terrible service.

Fast and ACCURATE
Our translations are for the medical and pharmaceutical space. I studied Spanish in college, so I understand what I'm reading but nowhere near the confidence in my skill to handle translations in-house. We have done a number of videos with Eleonora's team and have more we're starting now, and what amazed me was the ability to technically and accurately address the patient experience with phrasing that would not have occurred to me (I would have been floundering in 1:1 word-by-word translation) where the team is able to carry both jargon and colloquialism accurately across languages. Very happy with these services!
