Unprofessional Service – Delivered Late and Incorrect
I had a terrible experience with this company. I was promised my academic certificate would be translated from Portuguese to English by 6 p.m. yesterday. Not only did they deliver it a day late, but they also failed to translate the grade, which was the whole point of the service!
I called to resolve the issue, and while they answered quickly, the woman I spoke to was unprofessional and unhelpful. I have not received any response to my emails either.
This service is far from the “guaranteed quality” and “on-time delivery” they advertise. I regret trusting them with my important document. They wasted my time and failed to deliver what was promised.
