No comment everything is good

Not impressed with this company. I ordered a translation of a birth certificate of which I sent 2 copies, the long copy and the short copy.... pretty simple. First they spelt the first name wrong, I don't know how, which delayed everything to correct. Then I made payment, waited 5 days thinking it was already in the post, to find out they hadn't posted it because they were waiting for payment!? Ended up have 2 completely different conversations online with staff. Was like they were on 2 different planets. Sent them proof of payments to which was finally confirmed and apparently immediately posted. The next day I get messages still asking for payment and saying they can't post untill payment is made!! All while I'm going crazy because this was about a week later than anticipated as I need for an immigration appointment. It didn't end there. I went round in circles 2 more times while complaining that no one communicates between teams there. Felt completely messed around. Ended up having to pay crazy high delivery price to be sent to Cyprus as time has ran out where If they hadn't made mistakes and didn't mess me around I could have opted for the slower cheaper delivery. I would not recommend at all, very disappointed with the entire experience! Not good enough too many mistakes which cost me not them!

Very disappointing experience.
I paid for a translation service 211€ well in advance due to an urgent university admission deadline. The delivery was delayed, and I was told the correction would be done, but nothing was sent.
Phone calls go unanswered, and WhatsApp communication stopped completely after payment.
This lack of professionalism put my admission at serious risk. I would not recommend this service for urgent or important documents. Every time they were telling me the same thing “ we will call the translator and tell him to send them urgently “ I didn’t receive anything.
They were aware about my situation that the deadline was before the 31st but is like they didn’t give something to do with that. They said they are available 24h/24h I don’t think so coz how come I called more than 5 times and sent emails with no response?
I need my money back.if possible I won’t even give them a star.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality and timing of this service.
I ordered a certified translation and paid extra for priority delivery, which was advertised as 24 hours. Due to strict deadlines, timing was critical for me.
The first version was delivered 36 hours later, already outside the promised timeframe. More importantly, it contained a serious mistake in my date of birth — not a spelling error, but a completely incorrect date. For certified documents, this is unacceptable.
I requested corrections, but the revised versions still contained multiple additional errors. Each correction required more waiting, and the process continued for almost a full week. Because of these repeated mistakes and delays, I missed all of my deadlines, and the translation became useless to me.
If you need an accurate and timely certified translation, I would not recommend this service.
2nd star only for partial refund.

I initially order 1 copy of the translation. I realized I needed two copies. I called and asked to change the order. The person answering the phone assured me that would be done. Nope! Only received one!
I requested URGENT delivery. Nope...from the time of order on 14 Jan to delivery on 20 Jan was unacceptable. Particularly because most of the delay was caused by the delivery service you use USPS!

This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.

I paid for an URGENT 24-hour translation.
The delivery took THREE WEEKS.
Three weeks for something explicitly sold as a 24-hour service.

Because of their extreme delay:

- part of the document was no longer needed
- only 2 pages were actually translated
- the remaining work became completely useless

Despite this, they:

- charged me for the full job
- charged me for urgency, even though it was clearly not respected

issued only a small partial refund, which they had the audacity to call a “goodwill gesture”

Let’s be clear:
this is not goodwill.
It is charging money for services that were not delivered.

The translator was slow, careless, and frankly lazy.
Customer support was unpleasant, defensive, and not collaborative at all, showing zero accountability or willingness to resolve the issue fairly.

If I had been informed in advance that:

- they would not meet the deadline
- the work would arrive when it was no longer useful

I would have cancelled the order immediately.
Instead, they chose to proceed, delay endlessly, and keep money they had no right to keep.

⚠️ I strongly advise against using Translayte, especially if you:

- have real deadlines
- are dealing with important documents
- expect honesty, professionalism, and cooperation

This service is unreliable, slow, and unfair.
Avoid at all costs.
