Major communication issues and always blaming the haulier - A forwarder is only ever as good as their partners, if you chose a bad partner it is a bad service! Constant lies being told ETAs just for the drivers to arrive after hours - all while being told they have live trackers for their hauliers. Rod from the sales team and Konrad the operations manager are pleasant and gentleman like but Steve can come across as arrogant and tends to overprice quotes - If you need a quote please make sure you speak with Rod to ensure you are being treated fairly!
