Very mediocre...

I am very disappointed in the service provided by this company. Although they were recommended by a good friend of mine, I would not recommend it to any of my friends in future.

After I got the draft of the potential translation, I found several major mistakes in translation. It was clear the person who did it, did not pay attention to detail, let alone proofread it before sending. Even the name of the person who requested a translation was misspelt. After having fixed some mistakes, they got back to me with the second version of the draft and yet the name was misspelt again...very incompetent.

This is very mediocre; I am deeply disappointed and do not understand how they can charge such big amounts for such an inadequate result.

Nice people but poor translation

I was sent there by AA to get an official translation of my French driving licence. I paid the 49$ fee to have it done in 3 days and it was done on time, so no problem there. However, there were 4 mistakes, which is a lot and surprising considering that a driving licence is a very short and easy translation. They forgot to put all my middle names in, and wrote (not once, but twice!) French instead of France for the country. They also put the wong city for the place of delivery of my driving licence, and put my birth place instead. They were really nice and did correct it right away, but considering the number of mistakes and the fact that I basically had to translate for them part of the document for the correction, I would have expected to be compensated and not pay 49$....

TransNational Translations, are without doubt unsurpassed in their field!

After an anxious few days trying to find an interpreter for a Chinese funeral, a friend suggested TransNational Translations. What a God-send! My initial query was handled with warmth and professionalism and on the day of the Funeral Service a very capable, friendly young man arrived. The bereaved family were extremely impressed with his skill and complimented Bell Lamb & Trotter Funeral Directors on obtaining his services. I would have no hesitation in recommending TransNational Translations to anyone requiring the qualities outlined above. Yours sincerely Reverend Julie-Anne Jones

Unhappy about the service, disappointed on the quality.

Found inconsistencies with in the translation. I had completely different translate for the same wording within the different parts of the document. Some parts of the translation had been provided, however it was still incorrect. And I had to pay the same price. It was lucky I double checked the document. The quality was definitely not worth the price. I would not utilize this service again. Very bad experience.

Hello Andy,

Sorry to hear abut your experience.
Our office reports that their were errors in the English, within the original document produced in China. Unfortunately, our translators are professional who won't use poor or incorrect English when it appears in these cases. But, we are happy to revert back to the mistakes in the original at your request.

horrible mistake in translation

The translator made horrible and stupid and naive mistakes on my working experience translation, which affected my work visa processing greatly. very bad experience. By the way, my name is Yanwei JIANG,not Yannei. Why cannot you guys do anything right?

I will try to be specific and fair as best as i can. The working experience is an important document for me since it is supposed to be referred to by the immigration when processing my work visa. I gave it to TransNationa. Actually it is not Transnational headquarter, but a branch focusing on Chinese customers. In the less than 100 words document, there were at least 3 major mistakes, even the company's name spelling was wrong. A high school student would not have done such naive mistakes if he paid attention to it. Due to this, the immigration began questioning me about the document. I contact the staff because they said if there is something wrong and it doesn't work, they can send a revised edition to the immigration. I didn't know whether they have sent it until I received the visa and documents, including the revised edition, from immigration a few days later, because the staff didn't bother to reply my message and tell me what is going on.
Up until today, i still cannot understand why such a well-known company could have made such unbelievable mistakes and spoil their reputation so carelessly. I thought maybe it is because the chinese branch outsourced it to some unqualified translator, but since i received the invitation of review from Transnational, so it is not. Then why is it?
