I did not recognize this was coming from Australia until after I ordered. That is mine to bear.

The tracking is not great especially once it is in the hands of USPS here in the States.

The print is not as vivid as it is on the website.

My wife loved it nonetheless.

The quality of the product is very good with clean edges and good protective cover to make sure the piece is not scratched.

One suggestion that might be hard to implement but would give one t he opportunity to refine location.
In my particular case the map did not show the exact location and did not identify the name of the location as submitted in the order. Close but not what was on the picture in the order.
But I’m suggesting the ability to give the user the ability to drop a pin at the exact location.
So as an example, we were engaged in Point Lobos park near Carmel California, but the pin that was shown is actually pretty far off the location. It would be so cool if the user could drop a pin on the exact location, in my case on the edge of the park a few feet from the water. That would be more special.

Item was well made, arrived ahead of time, very pleased with it.

Really disappointed. I made an error on my order and IMMEDIATELY emailed support. They said it was too late to help me and too bad. I’ve tried escalating and each conversation feels like I’m starting over.

Finally got the product (shipping was extremely slow) and it’s… ok? Text is so small you can barely read it and overall I would say NOT worth the money. If you buy this make sure you make zero mistakes because they will NOT help you.

Would love to give 5 star. Received it in great time from Australia all the way to Canada. Packaging wasn’t packaged great was in the bubble packaging and wasn’t sealed properly and product wasn’t wrapped only wooden holder was so bottom of it was scratched up. And I had pinned the proper address for map and it’s a generic map not actual map to where we first met very disappointed with that as that’s what I actually wanted.

This is a unique and special idea created with very high quality.

The idea behind this product is really lovely, and the magnet itself is a cute little sentimental item. Unfortunately, the map print quality is quite poor — the image looks pale and blurry. Import taxes to Europe are not included in the price, which makes the overall cost not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend ordering this product outside of Australia.
