I needed a performance vehicle moved from NY to TX on an enclosed carrier. Shane at Transport Luxury Auto was professional and met all my expectations. Had received a lower quote from another company but they could not get the vehicle moved in the time frame needed. Shane matched their quote. Vehicle was picked up on date/time promised and was delivered 1 day earlier than expected. The driver was also professional and communicated with me along route to TX. The driver even mentioned that Shane requested a photo of the rig/hauler be sent to him. He said no other broker has done that. Vehicle arrived in perfect condition. Would not hesitate to recommend Transport Luxury Auto and would definitely use them again.

I was very skeptical about using an auto transportation company. I know many other people have the same reservations. In fact, I was very terrified to leave my car with an auto transportation corporation after reading the online horror stories and Yelp reviews. After speaking with multiple companies, Shane at Transport Luxury Auto won me over with his professionalism, tact, kindness and courtesy. He did an excellent job and answered all of my questions.

I decided to go with enclosed transport from the Bay Area to the Pacific Northwest and I was not disappointed!! The driver always stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process via text or telephone, and he delivered my car 1 day ahead of time. Another company gave me an estimated arrival of 1-1.5 week time frame delivery of my vehicle, which was absolutely too long to be without my car, especially when starting a new job in a completely different state. Shane on the other hand gave me a 1-3 day window of when the car would be delivered weather permitting and it arrived early with no damage at all. You can trust this company that your car will be delivered. I paid more money compared to other companies, however when entrusting your vehicle your peace of mind is worth the extra money! Also, Shane helped me to get a better deal that was closer to my budget. If I ever need to transport my car I will definitely use Transport Luxury Auto without reservation.

Transport Luxury Auto did a great job of making sure a car I had bought was delivered safe and sound and on time. The broker, Shane Z., could not have been more helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

This was the best experience, after being giving the runaround with other pretentious 5 star company, I desperately called Shane and he was kind and made me feel comfortable and my car was picked up the same day and arrived 3 days early then the promised date. And not to mention the route was CA-ATL talk about across the country. The driver was nice my car arrived clean although it was open transport, Shane gave me a quote that was above my price point, but he didn’t just let me go, he said to give him about 5mins to see what he can do and he came back with a deal in exactly 5 mins. I will always recommend this company. Thank you for everything Shane.

I used Transport Luxury Auto to carry my Tesla from MA to FL on an enclosed carrier. I was somewhat nervous and reluctant to do this, but this company did a great job; all's well that ends well.

I was at a loss. I needed to get my classic car from Chicago to Minnesota and had thought it would only take a couple of days to arrange a provider. I talked to people who've done this time and again, and they recommended the "big guys" that are well known in the industry. All of them were going to take 4-6 weeks to do a pick up and deliver in an enclosed trailer.

One last Google search brought me to Transport Luxury Auto. I called and within 30 minutes had confirmation that they could come the very same day, pick the car up and they'd match the price that I was quoted by the other companies.

Today, my car is safe and sound in its new home and I couldn't be happier.

This was the only time I've ever used a car transport service and I was nervous because I had a very short window to have the car delivered. Shane was wonderful. He promised he would take care of everything and it would be fine. We talked several times. He was courteous and competent. The car was picked up and delivered on time, and without any problems. This company is a bit more expensive than some of their competitors, but I don't think it's fair to compare. If you want to be assured delivery will be done professionally, it's worth the extra money. The potential for problems with cheaper prices just isn't worth it. I would absolutely work with Shane and this company again. Thank you.
