Worst after sale service ever
I bought Hush Puppy shoes 3 weeks from the Trappers in Kolonade Mallin Pretoria.
The shoes gel sole in the heel came undone after 3 weeks . I took the shoes back to the store where i was greeted by the sales person who sold it to me. I told him the shoes is damaged and want to exchange the shoes. Where the manager just told me that they have to take pictures and send to the supplier. She left and disappeared and left the sales person to sort out the complaint.
Today after calling the store 9 time i managed to speak to the manager that said her area manager wants to see the shoes to make a decision . I was told that i have to wait a week before he will have time to do so. I paid my money with out thinking twice now i have to wait a week maybe more before i can know if i will get refunded or if i can take different shoes.
at this point of time with Sh%t service i have received i want a full refund and will never buy from that store ever again they are useless.

Hello, in our store we have never sold shoes. You may have been confused about which business or online store.
