To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

TrashThat is a locally operated junk removal company helping homeowners, renters, businesses, landlords, property managers, real estate professionals, and contractors clear unwanted items from their properties. We provide junk removal and pickup services for a variety of residential and commercial needs, including furniture removal, household junk, garage cleanouts, rental property cleanouts, and office clearouts. Whether you're preparing for a move, making more room at home, managing a rental property, or tackling a larger cleanup project, we're here to help you find a practical solution. TrashThat serves communities across Metro Vancouver, including Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby, Vancouver, Surrey, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, New Westminster, Anmore, and Belcarra. We understand that every junk removal job is different. The types and quantities of items, parking arrangements, stairs, elevators, and building access can all affect how a job is planned and quoted. We encourage customers to share these details so we can provide an estimate suited to their needs. Some materials may require special handling or may not be accepted. Please contact us to confirm whether specific items can be removed. Visit trashthat.ca to learn more about our services, discuss your project, or request a junk removal quote. Customers can also contact us to discuss scheduling, access arrangements, and item preparation.
