Guys please don't book any travel plan from Travbond. These people are fraudsters. They loot your money and wont give any service. Once payment is done they wont respond to your emails and calls.
Don't go through their positive reviews .. All positive reviews are paid ones. Don't give single penny to them

Guys..please dont trust them,they are the number 1 cheating travel agents.
I booked for a turkey trip and because of their reservation/operation teams poor service i cant able to go for this trip.
I have paid 48000 rs as 1st installment amount and till now they are not refunding my amount.I have called them ,mailed them but they are not at all responding.
One person named Raman,through him only i booked this package.After booking there comes Mr Rishabh and because of him only my trip was spoiled.He purposefully keep
on delayed our visa submission process
Now if we asked about rishabh,Mr Anshuman (another person) is telling that Rishabh has left their organisation 14 days back.
I need my hard earned money back.
Their common method of cheating the customers is they will take the advance amount from the customers and then they wont respond to anyone.Because of this the trip will get
cancelled and they wont give the refund.
Please dont fall in their trap.

We had been wanting to go to Sri Lanka for a long time for the culture and beauty, but we were not advised correctly on the best season. We wanted the cheapest tickets possible but not at the cost of holiday being hot and humid. I hope someone from Travbond team looks into this matter.

I am Glad to share my review of our Singapore trip which we have planned with Travbond. Everything was sorted well with great effort of their team. We were bit confused actually before deciding anything but yes they have suggested well. so Thanks for their efforts

Travbond has to be used very cautiously. We had booked them for a trip to Singapore. We contracted with them for hotel, visa, sight seeing, cruise, daily dinner vouchers and travel insurance (Air ticket we had booked on our own). Overall experience was very bad. There are many victims and we have resolved to bring them to law.
Here are their Pros and Cons.
Their Pros (positives) are:-
* they will reply to phone and email even upto midnight
* they will agree to whatever competitive prices you negotiate
* they gave us a decent hotel (Ibis) with good breakfast

Their Cons (negatives):-
* even after Travbond getting advance payment, our passports and all documents needed for visa several weeks in advance they did not get us the visa.
* on pursuing hard for visa they asked for irrelvant addons like letter from employer (though we are not in Government service nor going on duty travel). Visa was finally done through some individual who sent us our passports and visa by ordinary courier instead of hand delivery as was conveyed.
* until 2 days before our flight departure from Mumbai they gave us no travel vouchers or Cruise ticket which was paid for.
* from other victims experiences like above they seem to want you to cancel the booking. Those who did so lost their advance paid.
* if you persist and do not cancel they will without hold/ not give some of the sightseeing vouchers. Upon reaching Singapore, we did not get Universal Studio tickets, we did not get any dinner coupons, did not get China town visit. Additionally, at some sight seeing places we got 2 half and 2 full tickets instead of 4 adult tickets (they new all our details like date of birth etc as Travbond themselves had done our visa). We had to pay for all these on our own and lost around Rs 38,000/-. All these sight seeing places were mentioned on day 2, day 4, day 6 etc in their final quote file named as "final quote", but cleverly in a fine print clause titled as "Inclusions" they did not show Universal Studio which costs maximum for ticket and taxi.
* our cruise ticket came after scores of hectic phones and messages to them. It came less than 48 hours before departure. On doubt, we called Dream Cruise company im Singapore and checked our booking only to be told the PNR was booked on other passenger's names. After double checking we then went to Andheri Police station and briefed the police inspector whom we requested to call Travbond. After much pressure from both ends we got revised cruise ticket just a few hours before catching our flight.
* on the cruise we found instead of 2 rooms we were cramped into one room and our two children (adult age) had to sleep on a mattress on cabin floor.
* we had also paid for travel insurance which was also mentioned in their quotation but not given to us. After hectic chase we got it from them for a minimal value of sum assured, just about 24 hours before departure. The insurance policies of 2 of us had our names spelt wrongly. On pursuing we did not get much help and had to then take up with HDFC Insurance myself to get it ammended.
* Travbond staff function under multiple pseudo names like Hitesh, Jhanvi, Gagan, Varun, Shashang. Often it is one person giving himself various names and they pass on the phone wrongly stating person requested to be spoken is not in office.
* they worked in Malad, Mumbai from a Single desk space in a shared office which rents out 4x4 cubicles. Now they have moved out from there to another location.
* Travbond issues invoices and reciepts without any GST tax registeration.
* Travbond did not have landline phone nos. Only now their website shows one landline nos which seems to have been put up recently.
* we had been told we would get refund for dinner but barely offered us Singapore $ Five per person per night.
* our total loss was around Rs 38,000/-, excluding spoiliage if Cruise experience, of which Travbond agreed to refund only Rs 5,000/ which we declined and have joined the group of similarly harrassed victims of Travbond who are taking legal recourse. Zarksis Munshi/ 9821860390

Recently went on a holiday to Maldives and Bali with my wife. We enjoyed a lot tbere. Thanks to travbond team for managing everything in such a good manner.

Recently went on a holiday to Bali with family and someone suggested Travbond. It was our first time with them and the facilities provided were quite decent for the price offered.

I personally had a very very bad and terrible experience with travbond. I had booked Europe tour for me for the duration of 1 week in the month of September 2019.

Initially, they promised lots of things, sent a final proposal pdf and looking at those I paid all amount, 1.33L, not including flight and Visa, as I already made those by my own. But, on the start date of the tour they suddenly changed all of the itinery and just provided me hotel, bus and only city tour vouchers. The city tour vouchers they provided had very basic tour and not at all covering anything that they had proposed first and in the pdf. They straight-away dropped cities and sight-seeing places and activities in newer itinerary sent on first day of the tour.

Moreover of it, they did not make any arrangements for my dinner which was part of the initial itinerary.

When I tried to call them, they were just trying to ignore me and now-a-days they are not at all receiving my call. They never responded to my any of the queries over the mail or WhatsApp.

The transfer, country to country, by bus, was so pathetic due to which I could not even had my breakfast in the hotel. They don't even made any arrangements to reach out at bus station which was proposed initially, saying included all transfers.

With this nature of the Travbond, I really lost faith in the humanity. Guys, we go to such farthest places, away from our country, people by trusting such people and they do not even care about us in spite of taking such a huge money.

I wish, no one should have this experience in the future and should not get looted like this. The way I survived at such a new place was not only terrible but also could have challenged my life as I were alone and no one had any idea if my life got risked at any place.

Don't trust them at least you people are going by a group. It's my appeal to all of you before reaching to them. Because, at least you will have someone to be taken care in the worst case, like mine.

Most Professional and Reasonable Travel Agency with very hospitable and pleasing counter staff to cater the needs of the passengers, Staff is experienced and has in depth knowledge of ticketing and all the other travel related works. .we got best delhi trip through them

I went to srilanka with family and scenery wise it was good, but the locals are not yet ready for tourists. They are trying to cheat tourists at different point. We had prior bookings with Travbond and they tried helping but at the end you are on your own. Most of the places we had private buses but wherever we had to take a private taxi we were scared of getting charged extra. The infra for tourists is not developed. The tour company had decent stays, not the best food but good enough to enjoy local taste. But be alert of people asking you for money. It is very exhausting after a time.

I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to.

Travbond travel is Trustworthy travel consultant with sound knowledge of travel destinations and excellent contacts. Can suggest impressive destinations for customized needs and budget. Good people to be associated with am highly satisfied.

they make false commitments,
show lucrative offers so that people dont go anywhere else.
when you go them they said all the commitments were false.
now you dont any choice left but to just book with their false commitmnets,

better dont trust them.
person make holidays with family to relax, but companies like trav bond, make all the things waste.

Rs.1,40.000/_ is with hold with them they are not answering my calls nor refunding my money.

First of all thank you travbond entire team for giving us such an awesome package at a valuable cost. Only because of you all guys our too much time donot gets invain and we utilised our all time in enjoyement thank you guys.

I just want to inform you that #Travbond is a fraud company. Please don't buy any package from them. I by mistakenly fall I to the trap and took the package for Singapore and they cheated me to the max. They will promise you 10 different things and will give you anything. Full fraud company. Be vary careful while buying anything from #Travbond. They operation team will fool you to the max.
