Bad experience

There were difficulties booking, an unecessary amount of correspondence, and then I couldn’t check in because of problems with the way my information was entered.

Adequate and use your real name.

Adequate. Not a seamless booking experience, as I had to call Travcart to complete booking which was then offered at a higher price. I read reviews beforehand so I was expecting this and the price difference was exceptable.
The consultant was nice enough, but had barely intelligible English. I would expect pronunciation of words like 'flight' and 'eticket' for example, to be perfect considering the frequency of these words in flight sales. Also why call yourself an English like Harry Smith when you'r from India; it makes you sound untrustworthy. Use your real name.

I am extremely happy with the service

I am extremely happy with the service. I had a very helpful team willing to help me with the very hectic task of organising travel. My original interaction was with a Jonathan Carter who helped me book the tickets I wanted and just 15 minutes later happily walked me through the process again to change the dates. Harry Garfield took over and was just as helpful and ensured I had all the information I needed and even reminded me to check in early so I could choose my seats. I would recommend travcart to anyone who has anxiety when planning travels. I'll definitely be using them again

Great experience and very good service

They say the tickets will be sent to you within 2 hours and I had to message the chat service to chase them up

However they were then sent promptly - it did have me a little worried as I’d not heard of them before but the people I’ve spoken to Jonathan especially was very helpful

Thanks again and we’re looking forward to our trip to New York from London

Good customer support

I struggled to confirm my booking on the airline's website, so I emailed Travcart. I had an email and phone call from a Travcart agent, Harry, the next day. He carefully talked me through the confirmation process on the airline's website, which included some quirks. Thank you, Harry.

Tried to upsell me £100

I tried to boom a return flight but receieved an error message asking me to contact their team, at which point they stated that the outbound flight tickets had just sold out in economy light (which was a complete lie as the flight is 3 months away and Virgin Atlantic were still selling those tickets), but that they could "add flexibility" and get me the ticket for an extra £100. Very dodgy.

Rodger was excellent

Rodger was excellent, it was during the time when all the flights were cancelled through the middle east. We were due to fly to Australia to visit our son. So not just a holiday and the only opportunity of the year so important to us.
Rodger was the calm and reassuring, offering sensible solutions, he found us a flight via Hong Kong a day later than our original plans. This was after I had spent two days searching every option with prices rising ridiculously.
Rodger was very efficient and helpful and would certainly recommend and use again myself.

After sale customer care absolutely pathetic

Quick to make a sale but super slow to reply to after sale questions and queries.
Make a sale is one thing but the quality of the after sale customer care is what makes people come back and stand out from the rest.

LLoyd was very helpful

LLoyd was very professional and helpful. He answered allo my questions and emails promptly. Gave clear info about the booking. My only disappointment was the chnage in layover time which is very short than the origninal booking.
