A certain embassy issued my wifes visa correctly but made a mistake with mine …all very last minute on their behalf but Darren got it sorted and delivered passport and visa with only hours to spare…great service !

Darren provided an excellent service in assisting me to obtain a visa for Algeria. There were a couple of small issues with the visa, but Darren was most helpful and reassuring. I will definitely use Travcour again.

Travcour got my Algerian visa in good time, and Darren was extremely helpful. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend.

Getting a visa can be quite a stressful business, and I hate forms. While trying to get my Indian Visa, I had to telephone Darren at Travcour three times. I expected mild irritation. But was met with calm and helpfulness.
I have probably used Travcour for more than 15 years, and so far they have never failed me

Excellent service from Travcour and Darren was very helpful. Prompt arrival of our Indian E visas after a couple of days.

I found darren very efficient ,also always returned my calls ,Darren sorted my Indian visa out in 5 days amazing, I would definitely recommend and use Travcour again well worth the money

So, I like many others had a nightmare in getting my Indian visa but this is not Travcour's fault - it is the ridiculously slow & utterly rubbish Indian High Commission, who have completely shot themselves in the foot by being so inefficient & stupid in simply issuing a damn visa.
Darren was brilliant and tried his absolute hardest to get my visa before I left & we just scraped through half a day before. Considering he had hundreds of visas, all pending, he took time & effort constantly emailing & telephoning & keeping me up to date with the situation of my visa - he could not be faulted. If you wish to throw stones, do not aim them at Travcour & Darren, aim them instead at the lamentable Indian High Commission who should be ashamed that they have the temerity to treat potentially high spending tourists with such indifference.
I would most certainly use Travcour again, but go to India again - that's debateable.

If I could have given this company zero stars, I would. One star is one too many. I applied for my Indian visa (recommended by Audley travel) on 28 July. I completed all the paperwork and I had an appointment at the beginning of August, where Travcour would represent me and obtain my visa. They ‘forgot’ to request that I send my passport and photos required for this appointment, so I didn’t get my visa. In addition to this, they didn’t inform me of any of this information and I found out only when I contacted them. This has resulted in no visa being issued and my holiday to be cancelled. No refund, because the Indian authorities are now not issuing any visas, but this was not the case in August and there error has lost me my holiday.

Darren was helpful and kind in speeding my Indian Visa application along its way, despite postal strikes and bank holiday disrupting the process. He was always at hand to give reassurance with kindness
