Having spotted a good deal on Traveasy via Google Flights, I went ahead and purchased them. After 2 days, I still hadn't received my tickets or airline reservation number so I phoned them - their WhatsApp support was not good. They phoned back to say they couldn't honour their own offer and said I needed to pay 50% more to secure the tickets. Although they did offer to discount this after I complained, my confidence had gone and am now waiting for a refund. Needless to say I won't use this company again because I can't trust them.

As a comparison, I bought similar flights via Booking.com and I had an airline reference number and eTicket within 5 minutes.

Also their website had continual problems and I struggled to buy tickets in the first place.

My experience was so poor compared to other Trustpilot reviews that I question the integrity of them.

Booking with Traveasy was nice & smooth process, their Associate Mr Prince Singh was very professional and Helpful, it was a good experience

I booked flight with them online, paid for my ticket but didn't receive ticket, after one hour I rang them , they asking me to pay more , I refused to pay more and request them refund my money, then they issued ticket after one hour.

John from Traveasy was incredibly helpful throughout my booking process. When I needed my final confirmation and airline reference numbers, he went above and beyond to ensure I received them promptly. His professionalism and dedication to customer service made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. Highly recommend working with John and the Traveasy team!

Cheap tickets. Got my confirmation PNR and E-Tickets after few minutes.

i have travelled to india last month .as i was preponed the ticket which i was booked earlier , i spoke to some other representtives the said they will come back to me with in 15 to 30 minutes but it was not happened, after 3 to 4 times i contacted , one representative Mr. Deepak has given me a solution and he assited me through the entire process effectively

I had a very disappointing experience with Traveasy and would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking with this agency.

After 3 days of completing my booking, I was informed that the fare was no longer available and asked to pay an additional £108. While I understand fares can change, the way this situation was handled was extremely poor.

I received an email at around 8pm and a follow-up at 6am the next morning. Before I had any reasonable opportunity to respond (overnight), Traveasy cancelled my booking and issued a refund without my consent. I was intending to proceed and only discovered the cancellation when I was about to pay the fare difference.

As a result, I was left without a flight and suffered financial loss, as I had already booked non-refundable accommodation, attraction tickets, and a return journey. Rebooking flights at that point was significantly more expensive and outside my budget.

To make matters worse, although I was told a refund had been issued, the refunded amount has still not appeared in my bank account, and I am currently waiting with no clear timeframe provided.

No reasonable response window was given, and no meaningful solution or goodwill was offered. This experience caused significant stress and disruption. Based on this, I would strongly recommend booking directly with airlines rather than using this agency.

I'll suggest to everyone to book flight with Traveasy. From last 2years I'm booking my flights through Traveasy and getting better service. Not a single issue i faced in last 2 years. Thanks to all team.

I had a very positive experience booking my flight through this website. The interface is user-friendly, flight options are clearly displayed, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other platforms. Never, use this company, no matter how desperate you are for a ticket. Yesterday I bought a ticket from the as last minute got to the airport today it turns out this people cancelled my ticket without my permission and they actually never paid for the ticket itself. But they took money out of my account. I called them, a very rude person answered my call and started shouting at me and I requested my refund and he refused to do that. So I contact my bank directly.

I will never use this company again, it’s already better to buy ticket directly from the airline instead of using third party. I had to buy another ticket but I missed my flight.

Do not book with this company. They took the funds from my account and did not provide me with a eticket. I had to chase them up for it, only for them to tell me (over 2 hrs later). That I needed to pay extra to confirm my booking, yet the website continued to have the price that was advertised that was sold to me

I had some payment issues for my flight from Delhi to Vancouver, but with the customer agent's help, Mr. Vinit John, it was so very easy and smoothly resolved. Absolutely appreciate them for their constant support and being very kind and polite irrespective of how many times you call them! Highly recommend
