I like Travel Insurer because the contract process is simplified, but the claims procedure is slow and compensation or payment (for medical care) takes too long, to the point that hospital administrators can sometimes cause concern for the insured. Please improve this aspect.

I went to India with this insurance. I went to the private hospital for an infection. They sent me away of the hospital telling me that it was not part of the hospital partners and that they would have taken care of me the soonest to find a new hospital and pick me up directly at the hotel. After lieing through messages they never came to pick me up and after one day they did not cover my expenses, neither they found me a new hospital and I had to go to the hospital myself and pay for the expenses, in spite I had their gold global coverage.

Seems to be a scam. They are impossible to contact. The trust pilot logo on their web site seems forged
