Please note that the transactions were canceled and your credit card was not charged. When a payment attempt is made, some banks create a temporary authorization (pending transaction), which is later confirmed or automatically canceled depending on the outcome of the order. In some cases, banks may take several business days to remove these pending authorizations.
We kindly ask you to get in touch with us so we can review your account and determine why the top-ups were unsuccessful. In similar situations, this can occur when the initial 30-day period has expired and the required identity verification (Registration) has not been completed, resulting in the eSIM being suspended.
We'd be happy to investigate your case and assist further.

I connected with another agent, who was very helpful, at least I think they were - I won'tfind out until I arrive in Europe. Very frustrating.
