I had a problem downloading the E-Sim because my phone was locked by the carrier. Support contacted me right away, gave me great instructions and I was able to get my phone unlocked. I am so happy I chose them.

Like lighting money on fire.
Used the Europe plan - it was a grand old waste of money. Despite being an expensive plan, it only worked as expected maybe 40% of the time in Ireland, UK, and France. The rest of the time it was snail slow or didn’t work at all despite showing full 5G.
Customer service was useless and basically called me a liar when I complained because they could see some data had be used - yeah? During the 40% of the time that it worked?
I will say the install process was easy. But otherwise this eSIM was nothing but stress.
Also - double check what areas are covered as the actual list is pretty buried on their website and it doesn’t include everything in their Europe destinations list - AIs also say it covers more than it does.
