We have just come back from Nairobi and Zanzibar. Wow , wow and just wow. Romina had suggested the elephant orphanage, giraffe sanctuary and doing a safari. It was amazing. We then flew to Zanzibar after a few days in Nairobi, which wasn’t enough and then we say the beauty of Zanzibar.
The island is spectacular. We also met with some of the locals and they were the most beautiful people , so welcoming and kind.
The hotel Tui Blue Bahari was stunning. Fantastic hotel which catered for all of us, and there 7 of us ! From volleyball, beach sports for the boys, evening entertainment for the girls and a lovely spa for me ! My husband decided to get a bike and venture out and really got to see the island, so very very safe too . Would highly recommend as all food halal and made my life so easy .

Romina is excellent at what she does!! She had our best interest at heart and found us the best package at the best price. She is very knowledgeable and informative and communication is brilliant. Romina answered all my questions and got eveything done at a fast pace. Thank you Romina. Shagufta xx

Dealt with all my request. And also stayed in touch after we arrived to. Ensure everything was as it should be.

I was recommended Romina by a very good friend who always uses Romina to book her trips. My partner and I had a budget and she made numerous suggestions about where we could go, suggesting places we would never even have thought of.
We ended up going to Malaysia and had one of the best holidays that we've ever had. Honestly the best service ever! Travelaire went above and beyond in creating a bespoke holiday package for me and my family. We went to Thailand, Indonesia and Qatar and had such an amazing time! For me Romina is my go to whenever I’m even contemplating taking a holiday. She takes the stress out of the whole process, from flights, to hotel, transfer everything is taken care of. Even when I was left waiting for my transfer to arrive she responded to my message immediately and resolved the issue. From arranging my safari trip in Kruger South Africa, to Mauritius to turkey. She has the best connections and gives me the best value for what I can afford. She also understands some resorts might be more cheaper/expensive but might not be suitable and gives her unbiased opinions. She is not like other agents who just try to sell a package she tailors your package to what you need and want.

This was a fabulous experience for my family and I.
My parents and grandparents thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, all thanks to the travel agent.
