We got home late Monday (23 May) arvo from our trip to Vanuatu, and we can't thank you enough for all your efforts in to putting our trip together for us. Your recommendations for both the boys' fishing trip and our family holiday for us were totally spot on and superb! Warwick Le Lagoon was the most amazing place to stay, to the point we considered it our home away from home. Everyone from Guest Relations all the way through to the cleaning staff and security were very helpful and friendly, as we got to know them very well in regular chats throughout our stay. Definitely a destination we will be going to again and a great first place for our first ever international holiday. So on behalf of our family, thank you so very much for organising everything we needed; the time and effort you put in to make everything happen went above and beyond our expectations. In the words of the locals from Port Vila, we say 'Thank you Tumas!'

Dive Fish Snow Holidays ~ Rep Phil Clarke ~ have organised 3 ski holidays for us.
2 to Colorado (for a family of 5) and 1 to Japan (as a couple). There is no one else we would use . . . this company "know their stuff." Destination/Flights/Accommodation/Transfers/Lift tickets/Car hire - you name it, everything is organised and dropped to your door prior to departure.

Apart from air tonga being a bit unrealiable this trip was a holiday of a lifetime. From the accomidation in Mystic sands to the 3 days charter fishing on Target one

We booked a fishing trip to Cabo, Mexico in May/June 2015. We had a fabulous time and Markus looked after our travel very well. This is the second fishing trip we have booked through Markus and he is our go to person when we are looking at travelling whether for fishing or leisure.

We were a bit disappointed - I think this would have been better if we weren't such "old and bold divers". It was nice, don't get me wrong, but the cyclones, tsunami and crown of thorns have rather spoilt the "pristine" reefs we'd heard about. As a result, the water was a bit murky. Also, I think we need more variety - we dived on several sides of the same island for several dives. The resort on Gizo was good, lovely waterfront accommodation, and lovely staff etc. But the prices for food are a little eyewatering (but at least it was good!), and there's no choice as there's only one place to go! No-ones fault, nothing really wrong, but underwhelming for us (we've both been diving for over 35 years). If this was early days in your dive career, or your first tropical experience, you'd probably love it.

The booking process (to and throw) seemed to be quite painful. But I think there may of been a personality clash(email)? I assumed she was working for me, she thought differently.
I was ready to ask for an alternative agent.

After that point it all went smoothly. We spent about 15k. Had a great time/ trip.

The booking process went without a hitch, as did all the arrangements. The Hotel for the 1st night was fine. The Tongan Beach Resort we stayed in in Vava'u was great. The rooms and facilities were fine. The food and the staff were excellent. The arrangements for the swimming with the whales and the SCUBA diving worked well (a small communication issue around the (non) provision of lunches on the diving days).
All in all, highly recommended.
One recommendation - there was a 6 hour gap between our arrival from Vava'u and our departure to NZ, with nothing suggested or arranged. We arranged with the Scenic Hotel to collect us off the Vava'u flight (at the domestic terminal) and take us back to the hotel, where we patronised their bar and restaurant till they dropped us back - to the International Terminal. That was a win for both parties !

I've skied in Canada with Dive, Fish and Snow many times - we were on their first ski holiday with Ron and Christine leading and had a great time. Since then my wife and I have been less happy with the leaders, one especially who was too gung-ho to lead a party and enjoyed making crude jokes which upset several people - I know some people were turned off DF&S. We tended to ski with the local Sun Hosts instead.
But I think I'll go back with DF&S to Canada in 2016

Booked ski holiday to Whistler Canada with Dive Fish Snow and they were brilliant to work with! Everything was planned, organised, and booked and the whole trip went great. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to ski in North America or anywhere else in the world and I'm sure they would do a awesome job for you fishermen to.

Have used DFS for many U.S. & Canadian ski holidays and have found them the best company to deal with. Knowledgeable staff, access to the best accommodation, best value. When I book a ski holiday Dive Fish Snow are the 'go to' travel agent.

My wife and I have used Dive, Fish Snow for ski holidays in Japan for 2014 and 2015 Jan/Feb, 2 weeks trip each time. We have been very pleased with our holidays in that transfers, accommodation, lift tickets and ski hire have all been very well taken care of. The accommodation has been particularly fantastic, we have chosen well from the range of options offered by DFS. We are going to Japan again in 2016. The choices of resorts is very good and as for the skiing, we will rarely go back to US/Canada again.

We have used Dive Fish Snow Holidays on four occasions to travel to Canada and the USA for ski holidays and general vacations in North America. On each occasion all aspects of our holiday have been taken care of by their team. On our first trip we booked our accomodation and ski field destination based solely on their recommendations, and had a fantastic time . On subsequent trips we have worked together to get the best options going. We always stop off in the USA or Canada for a holiday after the ski vacation. We have stayed in San Francisco, Vancouver, LA and San Diego, and can't wait to go again!

Phil from Dive Fish Snow provided a brilliant service for our family ski trip to Niseko. From the first plans through to arrival, transfers, accommodation choices ski passes all areas if outer travel were expertly dealt with. The property in Hirafu was excellent both in location and quality of accomodation . A courtesy call after our trip was much appreciated. The ease of booking with Dive Fish Snow made the whole holiday planning straight forward and competitively priced compared to booking all sectors of the trip individually online. i look forward to booking another trip with Dive Fish Snow.

We've used Dive fish and Ski for a few Ski holidays now. Have always found it great to have everything organised prior to departure. The accommodation has always been top notch, airport transfers etc. have always been smooth, and we've enjoyed a couple of free upgrades too. Phil Clark at DFS has a great Knowledge base across Japan, the US and Canada, and can tailor your trip to the group you have and what your priorities will be on the trip. Looking forward to using DFS again.
