Booking and paying was very easy. Service excellent. We had a fantastic journey: a good flight with only one hour in transfer, some fantastic hotels, good cars to drive us from one place to another, good drivers and guides, A lot of variation : culture (temples), nature(waterfall and ricefield), tasting, seeing, looking for dolphins with a small boat and enjoying the sunrise. It was fantastic and the price was very reasonable.

We did a trip around Sardinia for 1 week - Travel information before we left was very good. In the 2nd hotel they had not received our booking so we contacted the help desk. They managed to arrange a hotel within 1h30 in a very friendly way. Hotels were very good **** - just what we expected. - Car rental is perfect - all included insurance so no worries. We enjoyed Sardinia and will absolutely book again with Travelbird next time

I sadly had some bad experiences.
Not only my booking was wrong, it seems like their support is filled with teenagers who doesnt care about olderly people like me and my wife.
My sun had to call them up a few times (hotline seems to block all callers with a loooong loong waiting line) as they do not respond to emails.
After a lot of frustration and a complain to the European Travel Board.
They fixed the error and told us, there was never a problem we had just received a confirmation with wrong details.
The trip it self was also not as described, but the local Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Travelbird Always comes up with quality suggestions at a reasonable price. If they continue this way, people will go on holidays 10 times a year. With Travelbird.

The offer is really good, also is the price asked and the content of the offer. On the side of Travelbird, everything is perfect.

On the side of the "customer" ( for example the hotel that is included in the offer) some things are not good ( food quality, lack of warm water for the shower etc...) BUT that is not the fault of Travelbird so I'm still believing that they deserve 5*.
