JI was totally glad with the manner JAY handled the issue that arose with the Klarna payment of my fight ticket to Los Angeles. I overpaid the planned installment which affected me adversely. But, JAY handled the situation in such a manner that the issue was resolved within hours. Instead of days.

He made a very smart arrangement which enabled me to get the overpaid sum within hours. JAY, honestly, is a skilled staff. He dealt with the situation calmly, showing good managerial qualities. Thumbs up for him. Great guy.
