Lost £600 with this company
Lost £600 with this company. Had a payment schedule and they kept asking for money outside of the schedule which made me nervous. Cancelled the booking due to that and lost all payments as they have a no refunds policy.
Ended up booking with the Internet traveller who were amazing. Just returned from the trip and everything went smoothly with them.
Don't use Travel centre in my opinion.

Following a full investigation, we found that our agent did not request any payments outside of your agreed payment schedule. The agent simply asked whether you would be able to make a scheduled payment earlier than planned to secure elements of your booking, while also making it clear that if you were unable to do so, this was absolutely fine and there was no obligation or pressure to make an early payment. Your booking would have remained unchanged had you continued with the original payment schedule.
We also understand your disappointment regarding the outcome of your cancellation. As explained at the time, your booking was cancelled in line with the cancellation policy and terms and conditions agreed to when the reservation was made, under which the payments were non-refundable.
We are sorry that we were unable to reach the outcome you had hoped for, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and wish you all the very best for your future travels.

I went to 3 suppliers for quotes for my multi-centre holiday, requesting changes to the itinerary several times over a few days whilst I researched the holiday. Barry at Travel Centre was always very responsive and helpful and provided a competitive price with excellent hotels. Thank you

Liam was great. Answering all my questions. And sorted quotes out. Then when I changed my mind on something he got right to it and sorted it all out. It's nice to know that our holiday for 2027 is now booked with no worries. It is a surprise for special birthday so only certain times laim could phone.
