I received excellent and prompt information and service from the Travel Club Elite representative - Zoe Franklin - even though she was supposed to be on holiday (over the bank holiday weekend) when I needed the support.
Additionally, booking through Travel Club Elite resulted in a holiday price about 5% lower than if I had booked direct with the holiday company.

I really enjoyed arranging your next getaway, this time a wonderful twin-centre, combining the historic & beautiful Valetta, capital of Malta & its rural, tranquil, ‘little sister’ island of Gozo.
