GREAT TREASURE HUNT IN MALAGA
A great, different and clever way to see interesting places when visiting Malaga. Thoroughly enjoyed the clues and solving them to find the treasure. Michael was very pleasant, approachable and had a fantastic rapport. Definitely a trip to do when visiting Malaga!

I bought this tour for my husband
I bought this tour for my husband, Andrés, and daughter. They really enjoyed it and found it informative and interesting. They were amazed that David had so much information at his fingertips and didn't refer to any notes. They would recommend it to anyone who is interested in this subject.
Spilling the Tea in DC! Spies, Secrets & Scandals
This was my very first time visiting Washington D.C. and I went on the "Mayflower Hotel's Spies, Secrets, and Scandals Experience" tour. Our guide, Rick Snider, was so knowledgeable and absolutely incredible! Not only did I learn so much, but I got to see the locations where all the drama and scandals actually took place. So cool!! I had the best time with Rick spilling the tea in D.C. and highly recommend this tour!
The Mayflower Hotel's Spies, Secrets, and Scandals Experience was AMAZING
I had the pleasure of attending the "The Mayflower Hotel's Spies, Secrets, and Scandals Experience" on September 10 with Rick Snider. He was a fantastic tour guide and we learned so much. This is a great tour for adults of all ages and interests: from history buffs to celebrity worshippers and everyone in between. I'm from DC and didn't know half of the information I learned. The best part about the tour is that it starts and ends at The Mayflower hotel-- which is full of history and good food/drink, too! Experiences are better than things, so I highly recommend gifting this experience to someone special!
Malaga Treasure Hunt
We all really enjoyed the treasure hunt in Malaga. Still can’t believe my 9 year old walked 3 hours around the streets of Malaga without one complaint as she was enjoying following the GPRS device. Lots of fun and a great afternoon had by all.
Tour of Malaga Market
We had an excellent tour organised by Travel Curious. Our guide, Juan, was extremely informative and interesting explaining the origins and history of the market and it’s setting. He took us around the fish, vegetables and fruit areas, and the meat - talking about the culture and the way various foods are cooked and have become specialities of the area. Juan was very patient and considerate to us all - including our 5month old grandson... the tour culminated with a feast of excellent tapas in the market area and wine. This was exceptional value for money - and well recommended.
Great Tour!
Great tour. We did on our first full day in London. An excellent overview for a first time visitor to London. You get to see or visit all the major sites, plus a short river cruise on the Thames. Our tour guide was Steven. He was fantastic. He was very interactive and we were able to ask a lot of questions. A 5 start experience. Highly recommended.
Dubrovnik tour
Organising the tour was easy and we had confirmation in advance. The tour guide in Dubrovnik was excellent, now the reasons for the 2 stars. Over an hour late picking us up, chased once and was told it would be 10 minutes, chased again 25 minutes later and a rep walked round from local operator to explain driver had taken the wrong people. Now OK I can sort of live with a simple mistake. Then however there was supposed to be a trip to top of mountain for the views and take photos, didn’t happen. It said in the details we got a return trip back, nope didn’t happen. Admittedly we then had lunch and got a taxi back ourselves. So had to pay for a taxi at 200 kuna about £25. Then outstanding customer service from Travel Curious putting things right.
They Stand Out! Simply amazing!!
Personalized, incredible knowledge and caring. We had the perfect family day discovering Bayeux.

We had 2 tours with Travel Curious and both guides were well informed and delightful to meet - we enjoyed learning from them. I will be returning to London in October and I hope to book another tour or 2! Thank you, Karen
Travel Curious - Dubrovnik
Travel Curious - Dubrovnik was very accommodating and responsive to our requests for travel, tours and transfers when visiting this beautiful part of Dalmatia, in Croatia. Caroline was a pleasure to work with, as we altered and added to our tour and transportation requests. We ended up booking with this company after a recommendation from the Sun Gardens hotel just north of the Old Town and Cruise port. We on short notice (a day or two) needed a driver to take two of us on a Sunday "pilgrimage" to Medugore, a Catholic holy site in Bosnia-Herzegovina, roughly 2 hours away. The driver Zdavko was a pleasure to be with, seemed genuinely proud of his country and knowledgeable of the roadways, small towns, and history; our schedule was his schedule, he offered places to eat, to sight see, etc. The next day we took a private tour for 8 family members specifically arranged to tour Montenegro and Kotor. Mario was our guide, and with 50 years of experience was very accommodating, lined up drivers, short cuts through boarder security (EU and Montenegro), clean restroom stops, fine restaurants, special local guides for Kotor and the small island of Our Lady of the Rocks, boat transfers, etc. He was very personable and engaging throughout! Finally, the company lined up new and safe vehicles for these tours as well as reliable drivers for the tours and airport transfers. Highly Recommended agency, with reasonable pricing!
Great weekend in Krakow
A great weekend in Krakow, with 3 tours arranged by Esha at Travel Curious. A 2 hour guided Segway trip to get to know Krakow, understand some of the history, see the many attractions of the city, and also enjoy the Segway.
Later on Saturday we went to a vodka experience, tasting several types of vodka, with the knowledgeable host Anna explaining the different vodkas and their history. Local Polish snacks were even included.
Our third tour on Sunday morning was to the Schindler Factory Museum. Our guide collected us from our hotel and we walked though the Ghetto Square where our knowledgeable and passionate guide explained the history of the atrocities carried out here. We then spent two hours in the Schindler Museum which I would highly recommend, again with superb guiding. Finally we visited the Museum of Contemporary Art, which was also included in the tour.
These tours were an excellent way to see Krakow and learn about its history. They were well organised and great value, with times to suit our schedule, and everything was confirmed efficiently.
Thanks to Travel Curious and their excellent Krakow guides.

We took part in a private walking tour.
We took part in a private walking tour concentrating on the works of Caravaggio in Rome’s churches. Our guide Karim was excellent and made the tour extremely interesting. She was able to answer all of our questions and with her iPad was able to explain how buildings and areas of Rome had evolved with illustrations of such as the a Pantheon showing what it looked like originalaly. We were a group of four and the pace and route of our tour was perfect. I would highly recommend TOURIOCITY and will definitely use them again.

My husband and I came to Rome for our honeymoon during the off season of late February. We were treated to a golf cart tour of Rome, which allowed us to cover quite a bit of ground in a few hours. The standout of the tour was certainly the Borghese Park. I would recommend this tour in tandom with your own walking tour on a separate day, as there is just so much to see. Matteo, our guide, was easily able to navigate the streets, which was impressive given that Rome isn’t really a car friendly city. He was also very knowledgeable. From there, we met up with Rafael at the Coliseum. This was wonderful, as he had prepaid the tickets and we were able to skip the lines. The Coliseum is worth the trip alone, and Rafael was able to give us so much historical context to what we were seeing. From there, he helped us get a cab to meet our final tour guide, Mossimo, for a tour of the Vatican. Mossimo was charming, funny, and unbelievably knowledgeable and passionate about all things Vatican. The Sistine Chapel was of course a highlight, but it was Mossimo’s insight that really illuminated what we saw. I can honestly say I don’t think we would have appreciated it as much without his information, tongue-in-cheek humor and general enthusiasm. We would highly recommend anyone take this tour!
David and the Ripper Enigma should be your first choice.
David was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide who made for an interesting and highly engaging evening. I would strongly recommend David for future tours as he doesn't glamorise or dramatise but delivers the facts, the theories and the content that you want.
Many thanks.
