I have booked ticket from Brussel to Kochi and my travel date is 20-May-2020, and air travel is not possible from Belgium. I tried to contact the customer care though phone line is different counties but not responding.I got E-Mail a moth ago stated that my fare will be refund due to flight cancelation after that I did not receive any communication from them.

After having received the flight cancellation information from Travel2be and speaking to your online assistance about the refund, I haven't yet received any form of payment with regards to my ticket booking.
A charge of 40 $ was to be charged but the rest refunded, within 30 days, which is still pending.
Please check this issue and contact me immediately. I have been on your phone lines which very aptly get cut off after having been on hold for over 30 mins.

Customer Service Nightmare.
Alitalia canceled my flight due to COVID-19 on March 7th. I requested a refund with Travelgenio, and they emailed me back on March 10th, saying they were processing it and requested it from the airline. Alitalia has stated they issued a refund to Travelgenio, and I need to get my money back from Travelgenio. Side note Alitalia also told me never to call them again after they yelled at me about not having my money. Since March 10th, I have sent four more emails and called At least five times and have heard nothing from Travelgenio. Someone owes me my money! The least they can do is stay in contact with me. I would not recommend Travelgenio unless they can remedy this issue.
Update - Its been a week since Travelgenio has commented on my review saying they would reach out to me and no one has reached out to me.
Update - Its been three weeks and still no contact. Tried to send more emails to them and still no reply. Company is a scam.
Update - It has been five weeks and still not heard from them. Terrible company.

Even after asking for assistance I have received no response.
I have tried to contact the agency several times both by phone and through the form in order to reschedule the flight or request a refund but have received no assistance at all. It really does feel like a scam, I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

I had bought a flight from SFO to Cancun with internet trough travel genio almost a year before the date of departure and just a few weeks before travelgenio has changed my itinerary from 5 and half hours flight to a 20 hours and the possibility to cancel with a refund due within 3 months . Since September 2019 I have kept calling and the told me the refund was taking longer due to Christmas and than other excuses , sometimes they hang up the phone on me after having put me on hold . i wrote customer service and facebook pages saying I will take legal action and even with that they never replay me . I will never ever use this site anymore. I f I could give a zero to the reviews

I haven't received any notification about the flight which was cancelled, luckily the air company was able to give me accurate information.
I have called several times both Italian and Spanish numbers to reschedule the flight, never got an answer. Emails? no answers.. It feels like a scam, and I am afraid I will just have to drop the ticket without refund nor reschedule. I would not recommend it to anyone

the worst online travel agency where I have ever stumbled, bieglietto emirates but paid to travelgenio contacted emirate they tell me that I am entitled to a full refund, but I must contact travelgenio, open three tickets still no response from the customer care if within 24 h I have no news seen that by now my departure for another was expected on 19/03/20 contact a lawyer and all the various consumer associations, also I do not provide meanche assistance in Italian when you contact them on the phone with grueling expectations.
