Received a quote very quick but after requesting few changes to the qoute specially to make the holiday longer than 1 week I have received an extremely unprofessional response. Did not continue with this travel agent.

We received the first offer in a few days after requesting it, really quickly. Ági helped us during the whole process, giving us useful information and updates.
The hotel offered and choosen by us was amazing, friendly and familiar. A small mistake took place with the room reservation, but Ági offered their help immediately.
I liked that the check-ins and QR codes were handled by Agi and we did not have to take care of that.
I would find it helpful if the informations shared in the Facebook group (eg. updates from airlines, governments requiring or not a PCR test, insurance) would be collected and sent out in an email for the travellers already having a plane ticket.

We are statisfied with the service of Travelgo, we are already planning out next trip with you!

We spent two weeks at the Sharm el Sheik Sea Beach aqua park resort. The hotel is very nice, easily accessible, clean, the food is impeccable, the staff is good head.Upon arrival at the hotel, our suitcases were disinfected, they were greeted with a welcome drink.
It was true there was a small problem on arrival, our reservation was not found in the system, but it was not Travelgo's fault, someone made a mistake in the hotel, but Ági And Gábor took action very quickly and everything was fine.We will definitely choose Travelgo next time!

Very friendly and professional organisation, always hepful staff!

Starting from the flights the whole trip was very well organised. Lovely hotels booked with nice breakfast included for each day, group programs well organised and kept us curious all the way through. Breath taking scenery, comfortable cars to travel with and last but not least amazing company! Having like minded people surrounding you for 8 days is very important. Thank you for new friendships, the laughter with tears and my sore tummy as we laughed so hard. Roll on 2021!
