3 night trip to Milan
Booking this trip with Travel Goals couldn't have been simpler. From the initial enquiry, to the actual trip, any questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.
The hotel was not too far from the central train station. The proprietors were very friendly, spoke very good English and nothing was too much trouble.
The Bernina train excursion couldn't have been better. The guide was really friendly and very helpful and gave us lots of information as we made our way through the alps to St.Moritz. The scenery through the mountains was totally picturesque and exceeded any expectations we had prior to the trip. I would thoroughly recommend this experience.

Just booked a trip to Milan in December and Hanna was very helpful with the booking process and my queries were dealt with swiftly. Looking forward to the trip now!

We have just returned from a two week holiday in Thailand, that involved 4 different locations. Travel Goals organised everything, including the flights, hotels, transfers and even some of our excursions (in Elephant Hills). Everything went like clockwork and at a price that was hard to match. The background support was amazing, with ongoing updates on the arrangements (especially transfers etc) as we moved from resort to resort. It felt like to Travel Goals team were there with us, organising everything - they were all great, but a special thank you to Joanne for her help. We would definitely recommend Travel Goals - this is the third time we have been on a holiday through them and we will definitely use them again.

The customised itinerary for Japan, China,& South Korea with seven cities were fulfilled and unforgetable within 3 weeks, especially going to the Great Wall of China. Thanks to Melanie, travel consultant of Travel Goals, who incorporated and made it possible with full guidance and assistance.

We have just returned from Japan and what a great trip. Travel goals have been brilliant especially Steve he never fails to return your calls or emails.
The trip took us to four destinations linked by the bullet train the 3 star hotels were perfectly ok.
I would highly recommend Japan I can honestly say one of the best places we have visited.
As far as I know Travel goals serve lots of destinations all over the globe, we will certainly be looking to book another trip through them.

From the start Robert miller made it all easy giving us different options and then tailored it to suit us. The flights were a great time he even altered the one coming home so we could catch our train home. The drivers that collected us were fantastic there on time and sometimes early,the hotel was good and clean if a little dated and went out of the way to help.
The Bernina express was an absolutely stunning experience and would highly recommend it, we wanted to update to first class and the guide asked but she was so good we decided to stay within the her and we are pleased we did. So a massive shout out to Robert Miller and travel goals uk we will not hesitate to use again

Joanne Baker is the best travel adviser I have encounter. She found the best options for us and adjusted our travel plans as needed. She was very patient, responsive and attentive. I would highly recommend her and Travel Goals. Our trip is a year away, but I feel confident we are in good hands.

Hannah was so good in trying to match me with best fit for a short holiday with family, also helping to keep it within my costs.

Obviously the overall package was of interest to us; Manchester / Milan Rtn flights, 3N B&B Accom and a special full day excursion from Milan to St Moritz via Lake Como and included the fabulous Bernina Express on the way back.

Thank you so much to Travel Goals for organising our trip to Milan and the train ride on the Bernina Express for us. It was thoroughly enjoyable but the weather made the Bernina Trip to St Moritz an adventure! We only managed 20 mins there which was a shame as the visibility was very poor due to snowfall affecting the road. I have attached a couple of photos,
The hotel -C Hotels Concord, was good and convenient for the metro, the flights and transfers went as planned.
