Excellent service
Excellent service. Taxi arrived on time, really friendly and helpful/knowledgeable drivers, and good quality taxis. We’ve used the service twice so far on holiday and needed a small mini bus for 5 adults and luggage - and both vehicles were just right in terms of size and quality. So thank you !

First of all communication was very good. The trip was well planned in advanced. For the transfer, pickup was on time, driving was smooth and vehicle was clean. We were very at ease. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Overpriced
I am a bit upset because we reserved a trip for a price presented on your web pages (3.300 MUR) and received email confirmation with 4.000MUR price which unfortunately I didn't notice. It wasn't even explained why the price is higher. So it was a surprise for me when the driver asked for 4.000. Usually you can rent full day drive for 2.500 MUR so this was really overpriced. Two days before, we had another trip with the same driver and the price was 3.600MUR and even in that case without any explanation.
Our driver was a bit lazy when comparing to the other groups we've met. They were usually together with their driver who described them tourist spots. Our didn't leave the car. But I would not have mentioned that as a problem if we didn't have paid such a non sense price. On the other hand he gave us the places description in the car before we arrived on the spots and had good tips for restaurants ...

Travelhub has absolutly great service with very fine, friendly co workers.I forgot my mobil in the taxi-you know what means in the Covid area if data and codes are missing- Within 3 hours they delivered me the missing mobile.

Excellent cab service to and from the airport
I would highly recommend TRAVELHUB Mauritius for all taxi service needs while you are there. We booked a cab to and from the airport (about an hour each way) and both of our drivers were early and extremely professional and friendly and made our experience seamless. Thank you very much for being a reliable cab service and I will certainly utilize this company in the future when in Mauritius.

We did the North and South Tours.We had 2 different drivers.Found both to be very professional and punctual.We preferred the North Tour but there are some natural points of interest in the South Tour.There was a lot more driving as we are coming from opposite direction.The company is very efficient and confirmed bookings very quickly.You get a reminder the day before.

Robin looked after us for 2 Days. He took us on Southern Tour and also a Northern Tour and we couldn't have a nicer person.
A real gentleman who looked after us and made our Holiday Special.
