On time pick up and excellent service

We booked the south tour with taxi service mauritius and that was a very good choice! Our driver (Raju) was punctual, took us to all selected landmarks and shared lots of stories and facts about them! We spent a day with good feelings! We highly recommend this company!

Excellent service, Excellent communication and excellent driver!

I googled to find a trip in Mauritius and found this company, i emailed and within an hour it was replied to with a clear brief on what i wanted with cost and payment via Paypal. When i paid i had another email with divers name and number, when he arrived he was polite, professional and great with my kids. After his great service, we specifically asked for him for 2 further day trips. He even advised on a great restaurant to eat at to give us an authentic experience of Mauritius. I can't recommend him and the company highly enough for famillies especially.

The driver waited some 3 hours for us as the plane landed at the same time as 3 other inbound flights, delaying the process of clearing passport control and customs.
He was really courteous and helped with our luggage. As some addresses are not that well signposted, or street names are visible, it may be of some help to have vehicles/drivers equipped with GPS.
We were offered bottled water, which was most welcome in the heat, but it had been in the hot car for some hours (not the drivers fault), so was rather warm.
While the vehicle appeared to have air-conditioning, it was not used for the hour and half trip in near 32 degree heat.
We will certainly recommend your service to friends.

Recently travelling from the north to the airport we used this service instead of a local hotel taxi option and saved money as well as receiving a very good service.

The tour with Yoghen our driver was very good. Our experience faltered though with our trip to iIl aux Cerf therefore 3 stars. Parasailing and undersea walk was a ripoff only lasting 2 minutes. We were thoroughly disappointed. We were promised a 10-15 minute experience. The emphasis by the operators here was getting through as many tourists as possible without any value for money or fulfilling/ rewarding experience. Anil, you need to work with better and more honorable people here if you want your business to thrive. Otherwise Mauritius and its people is beautiful. Merci beaucoup.🇲🇺🏝🥰

Your taxi service was brilliant.

Its was easy to book the taxi with the office. Great communication - all via email. Great flexibility. We used the taxi to plan to custom trips around south and north mauritius over two days. Drivers where friendly, patient and on-time.

The driver was on time and very nice , giving us many explication on Mauritius. He offered us water bootle as il was very hot.
